a simple background with a yellow leaf

Here is a picture of a leaf from that spiky plant I posted a picture of earlier, I liked the texture that the ridges in the leaves gave off when the sunlight hit it hence the title.

It's been raining all weekend, so I dug out my light box and tweaked a leaf off my fig tree.

This is a leaf from my backyard. The leaves are practically gone on the tree.

I like the colors in this one. I found it on the sidewalk one day. This is very different from the colors I usually photograph.

Another beautiful weekend allowed us to have a walk round Packwood House and take some more shots with the Helios. Some of the leaves are turning and will be dropped soon.

This leaf is so wierd one can mistake it as coming from outer space. But its simply one of those that grow here on earth...unfortunately, whose name I don't know.
