After years of trying to grow an avocado from a seed (the pit), I have finally gotten it down! Here are some pics of my plants soaking up the early morning light. I love the veins in the leaves.

This is a shot that might looked staged, but actually it was just a frame of a section of fallen leaves on the street outside my house. I'm not sure which tree the purple leaf came from, but it really was that purple.

New leaves on the grapevine. Last August/September time the grapes didn't look good and it was suggested on here that they may be wine grapes rather than tables ones.

I've since found out they're table grapes and I do hope they have a better year.
