FIRST AUTUMN LEAF...no editing!

Walking in the forested yard of my daughter this morning, I found this beautiful GIFT.

Of the hundreds of trees of all kinds, this one leaf was in the middle of the lawn. I looked everywhere and there was no other leaf in full fall color...so I knew it was a special gift from a beloved tree, sent just for my JOY.

Sharing my Joy...♥♥!

The background was a sheet of card from a local craft shop. This colour works for me.

Voila!

Gemma has got a new fixation. All leafs on the patio are to be carried inside. A good thing she's an indoor cat.

I saw this dried up leaf in the tree by our tent.

Its a holiday and I am in our front yard doing some backlighting leaves using the sun. And here are the few I got from my mini photoshoot.

This leaf has a burned part and I look it interesting than plain yellow green.

Another from my day on the Joe Cornish Workshop at Thorpe Perrow Arboretum, drops of rain on an autumnal leaf.
