Happy accident whilst editing this backlit Autumn leaf.

Hopefully this will work on other screens - focus on the centre spine and move your head away from the screen whilst maintaining focus at the same time. The centre spine and the 2 lighter areas on left and right should 'pop-out' and appear as if they're layered - you may need to move your focus from side to side.....there again, it might just be me!

Aside from the 3D, this leaf has similar qualities to a stained glass window or the intricacies of a butterfly wing.

The bright colours of this dying leaf caught my eye.

On a string of light,

and a long breeze,

up in the air,

above a forest

of wind swept trees;

and waves of leafs,

are a colorful tide

Whether you believe in creation or evolution (or both or neither) By design or natural selection this butterfly is absolutely amazing, the only image that survived my corrupted memory card that day

He was on the bottom of the leaf and when I'd turn it over he'd run to the other side. It took a few turns to get the timing down but I caught him at the edge in this shot. 6/20/2022
