Vi essas imagens da Lucy enquanto fuçava no HQDiesel e pensei "puxa, tenho que fazer um layout com elas!" e saiu isso. Gostei bastante do resultado!

Comentarios: Mais uma parte do projeto de aniversario da Kristen feito pelo KSBR. AMO fazer esse estilo de layout que não tem post nem nada e é codificado como se fosse uma pagina só. Costumo usar bastante pra hotsites (aqueles que você não precisa ficar colocando informação toda hora, sabe?) e codifico rapidinho. Amei essa combinação de cores e sabia que precisava usar ela em algum lugar, ai lembrei que já tava na hora de por o HBKS no ar. E se você é fã da Kristen, não se esqueça de participar! O prazo para mandar as coisas é até dia 28/03!
This is my first permanent lego train layout.
It uses a 6 ft x4 ft plywood base, which comes to about 7 x 5 lego baseplates.
it allows two trains to run concurrently and independently, while a third 'full size' train is temporarily parked, and finally a fourth 'short' one can be placed on the remaining derivation.
The 'city' is mostly laid out in the middle, with a custom made and narrower main street.
A tunnel on the back side allows to place more modulars on top.
In this picture, modulars on main street have their upper floors removed so the shot captures the whole railroad behind them.
Layout of a new detector system for the next 3D unit (2013) with 2 external fast 6 ms shutters. I would like to calculate the optimal position as well as the direction of flight. Detector calculation need to be super fast, into less then 50us. The readout of the 128 analog pixels from the sensor + high-speed ADC 8 bits convertion may take a max of 50 us, + 50 us for position-direction calculation (10.000 calculations per second). This is a start of my dream, the special components are just in order, planning delivery next Tuesday. Given the new components, the majority are implanted in SMD. This is an additional difficulty, only single-layer PCB is available at this moment. The line-sensor is true hole 14 pins version, all others are SMD.

All components are delivered! Time to make the interface board to the FPGA DE1 board to connect this line array unit.

Since my SNES to USB adapters should be here any day now , I put together a layout in MALA to show snapshots and boxart for the SNES games that matches the theme I had for the arcade games.
I'm still considering some minor tweaks on a few things, but I've been working on it a while and its good enough for now
