This picture pretty much sums up how organised my life is at the moment. Not very :P
Shame the picture didn’t come out quite how I wanted though (my socks/feet look weird/wrong), but It’s quite hard to try and focus on your own feet when you can’t reach the camera, let alone see what it’s aiming at ;)
Day 4/365
4th April '11
Had the day off work today to settle into the new house and my mum and step dad came over for dinner. I put the lava lamp on in the dining room as I can just sit there and watch this for hours!
Stunning sunny colour. A lovely French Glitter lamp which has a lovely oval shaped design. Very elegant.
Take a 500ml bottle of carbonated water.
Drink or pour out 50ml.
Insert 8 or so fresh Blueberries.
Replace lid and invert bottle once.
Watch Blueberry Lava Lamp for 60 - 120 minutes.
[Tip: looks great if lit from below in a darkened room]

This particular design features a cylindrical bottle that is placed into a rectangular lamp. The beauty of the lamp is that it is reflective and the glitter flakes which shimmer light also reflect on the mirrored backing. This makes the lamp look rather magical and rather interesting, I really love this design. Lately these lamps have emerged and with a round sticker saying TC Registered Design. Thus we will call these lamp TC lamps as we have so little information on the manufacturer of these wonderful pieces.
playing around with my camera, which started out to see how I liked my dress after I altered it, then I just got bored. :)
A wonderful glitter lamp, that reminds me of a theatre show. The back of the lamp is lined with an infinity pattern of trees that make you look like you are looking into an avenue in a forest. This wonderful glitter lamp is a very beautiful piece and the following images show the lamp, construction and of course the lamp's beautiful effect. Thank you to Bohdan for the images.
So take a look at this charming little glitter lamp, which simulates walking down an avenue in the Winter snow.

64/366 March 4, 2008. I am jealous of my daughter's lava lamp. This is on her bedroom dresser and one can see the reflection in the mirror behind it.
This photo is dedicated to the components that make this wonderful huge and wierd glitter lamp. I really love the base with the circles rolling it reminds me of coins rolling off the surface. I love the base and the whole metal design. This particular model is in fact, what I would classify as a window glitter, as the rolled metal exterior has cut outs which make it rather elegant and create a view into the lamp. This model also features shred glitter.
