Cambridge: this lantern, on Burrell's Walk, is typical of the old gas-light lanterns. Now converted to electric lighting. The cross-bar to support the lamplighter's ladder is a sturdy one.

This is another side view of the Lamp. All the guts of the alarm clock are in the hollowed out base of the lamp. The switches were rewired to the back of the lamp.

Lamp made out of a growler of Dead Guy Ale that I made

I took a large number of photos of my lava lamp before choosing four of my favourites and creating this design with them. All done in Photoshop with lots of filters and layers.

Lava Lamp Penis

This turned wood lamp was made from salvage pallet wood for a competition of Sustainability Week in Blacksburg, Virginia. The challenge was to use an old pallet for an artistic effect. This lamp and eight panel shade won first place in the competition. Behind each bird is a blue and white glass background representing the sky. All images on the lamp were made from photos I have taken. Most of the images are elsewhere on my site here

i bought that lamp and lampshade at goodwill and spray painted the wooden base lime green.

then one night i decided it also needed o be covered with orange handprints, stickers, and quotes from animal collective songs and T.S. Eliot poems.
