Refurbished table lamp with clear base, filled with blue and green marbles. Base is silver in color, with light blue shade.

Just thinking, thinking of the past, present, and future, i know my life isn't that bad as long as i have you but i still can't sleep something is wrong, something is missing and i don't no what it is but once i find out what it is i will be able to sleep until i cant forget the dim light in my room...

This distracting lamp is in our company's old California office.

The cake is actually the shade, the base is a real lamp that has been modified to hold the cake. Covered in fondant and the Ohio State Block O was drawn by hand,

I didn't take out my camera during the day due to Yom Kippor, but I didn't want to let an entire day pass without shooting. So I decided to light the candle in this lamp and took a few quick snaps of it this evening. The lights in the room were all off, save for the TV, which provided this nice blue background.

At first I shot this picture of this lamp, thinking it as the "main photo". Then I thought that I should have a general view of the lamp in question so I shot this one. As something "I'll just quickly shoot it" I think this one turned out really nice, possibly even better than the original idea.

By the way, here is the light switch too. I like that photo as well.

The sun was just about to drop over the horizon when I shot this, so I got the most elongated shadow possible from natural light.

These were placed on tables on the set of Murphy's Law
