My first attempt at vehicles! I wanted some trucks to supply the shops in my Old Town Center.
I took some inspiration from different cars. The red truck was inspired by classic American pickups, like Chevrolets. The grey truck took some pointers from old Dutch DAF trucks. The tan one has some obvious similarities to old-timey trucks like Ford.
Do you see what La Mer brought to the Shrine? We left an Obama button here because we want Our Lady of Guadalupe to keep a close watch on President-Elect Obama...and keep him safe!!!! SO very excited about the Inauguration next Tuesday!!
La Mer is wearing a Squeaky Monkey blouse and Godesia dress, SM stockings and re-ment boots. Love this dress, Emily! Was so happy to see that Tiff's blouse goes so well with it! Better pix of the outfit soon!
I have this particular style of CK dress in several colours: it’s comfortable, it’s flattering, it’s versatile. I know it looks good in red, black and grey, but I’m not sure about this light blue. In the past I have worn it with a grey cardigan and grey tights – and I have never been convinced by it. I pulled it from my closet for the donate bag, then thought I would give it one more chance, so today I’m wearing it with a black cardigan and tights. I think this combination is better, but…I’m still not convinced by the dress: I think it’s too pale for me.

Maybe, it's because my wife is a nurse but she's continually sanitising her hands and of course she got me doing the same!! I've always got one of these little gels close at hand!

Today, the 4th Sunday of Easter, is Good Shepherd Sunday, and this stained glass window is from All Saints church in Honington.
Lets face it apart from early/late on light at this time of year is pretty naff.Rewind back to last November when we had light to die for on the Moor.
