When you stop chasing the wrong things, you give right things a chance to catch you.

One of the best ride pics that I have clicked

Abused & Abandoned Jungle Dogs.

4:30AM yesterday morning I got up and

started the process of heading to the temple.

Everything is all-ready prepared and packed so

by 5:AM the scooter is started and I'm heading East.

Now we'll backup and go over yesterdays event.

No# 1 and I are absolutely burned out, fatigued.

But my mind thinks like a dairy farmer in that

the milk cows must be milked everyday !

So half asleep Mr Walking Dead Man

takes off for the temple to care

for all the dogs an animals.

I have a routine that I can do blindfolded.

Well in reality having your eyes closed

in the jungle would be disastrous

but you all know what I mean.

Mama & Rocky crash into me upon arrival,

The Bingo Room is opened and The Tube

is loaded with food and stuff. With Mama

on point, Rocky on the scoop we take off

into The DMZ. Soon we are crossing the

broken concrete walking bridge. Mickey

is waiting for us on the other-side of the

swamp. Coffee/tea are handed off to the

nuns . Next stop is ----"The Spirit House."

Baby Bean Brain, Mama and Mr Rocky

take their time eating chopped hot/dog

and kibble. Then back to the nuns to do

a checkup on the other dogs. From here

Mama & Rocky escort me down to feed

The Hooligans, Mr Ed and all the guppies.

Lets not forget the special exotic fish in the

three glass tank plus all the many chickens.

From here I circle back around to where

Mama & Rocky are waiting at the north

end of The DMZ.They escort me to where

this photo is taken which is my rest area.

You see the cement table and benches ?

Also the decaying building in the back

is where I found Mama as a puppy

8 years ago. The rest is history.

Also further back you can see The Dog Palace

and that is where we are headed after my rest.

The Tube is stashed in The Bingo Room.

I leave the special food for Molly & Crew.

Mount the bike and it's back to the nuns

where my field bath is taken then head

for home where two more silly dogs

wait for my return. They will not eat

their breakfast until I have come

home. Then shower and bed.

The End ;-)---

As the first-in-Thailand place of its kind, Phuket Butterfly Garden & Insect World was founded by

Passing by this hotel entrance canopy, I thought I might get a good shot if the right passers by, er, passed by. They didn't. Still, this does capture the feel of the place, and I like how the doorman and cop are hidden in the shade.

Edit: this is not a hotel, it's the entrance to the Olympic Tower (next to St Patrick's cathedral on 5th Avenue), where Jackie O used to cool her heels when she was in town. If you fancy it, a duplex is currently available for a very reasonable $19,500,000.
