My friend is on tour with his band Motopony right now. They played Empty Bottle last night in Chicago. I was there to snap a few pics.
Aveling & Porter Road Roller, 11145 "Ayesha" of 1925 heads towards the colliery village. A horse and trap wait next to the newly built colliery stable block, for the big road roller to pass in what could have been a typical 1920's village scene.

Had the idea to shoot this picture of my Johnnie Walker black label bottle for a long time and finally toke a shot at it this week. I found the final result very pleasing.
Although the harsh life in Egypt the People are keep smiling, this old man is sell tissue and smiling for life to live!

I will, as I have time, continue to post the full collection, including the photos put up on Instagram.
These were the first pair of wrestling shoes I owned, circa 1986 or so. Worn as street shoes, I wore them into the ground, reaired them a bit and wore them more.
The last winter I wore them regularly, I stuffed the soles from an old pair of flip-flops inro them as insoles to cover the by then subsantial sole holes. It actually worked well, my feet were dry and warm walking in snow and rain.
About tht time, I bought another pair, the Asics ones that are now my main barefoot sneakers. But I still liked these, and wore them regularly despite the condition. But a few years ago, the thin rubber soles hardened and crumbled, until finally, there was nothing of them left.
I've tied the straps across the instep, but my toes pop out the front. I need to put better straps across the front to keep my toes hidden inside. I want to be able to wear them again.
Think it has an orange - probably like me and likes to be colour co-ordinated lol. This is one of at least four robins who visit the garden. They keep chasing each other off, so I'm never sure which ones get left, but this is not Mr Glum.

Built in the style of the 2009 Pirate line. It can connect to the Soldiers Fort of that line, which was modular, and sadly never had any additional sets to do so.
