As the first-in-Thailand place of its kind, Phuket Butterfly Garden & Insect World was founded by
Dr. Prasit Koysiripong in February 1990 under the name " Phuket Butterfly & Aquarium "
Passing by this hotel entrance canopy, I thought I might get a good shot if the right passers by, er, passed by. They didn't. Still, this does capture the feel of the place, and I like how the doorman and cop are hidden in the shade.
Edit: this is not a hotel, it's the entrance to the Olympic Tower (next to St Patrick's cathedral on 5th Avenue), where Jackie O used to cool her heels when she was in town. If you fancy it, a duplex is currently available for a very reasonable $19,500,000.

I don't have the words to describe how I feel about homelessness in such a rich country as the UK. All I know is that nobody chooses to end up in this situation whatever their problems or troubles, so the best I can do is highlight their plight through my photo's.
