It;s the last morning in Spain. I celebrate by victory drinking a bottle of non-alcoholic champagne for children's parties (undocumented) then taking a final splash in the pool with da guyz :}
Every morning Boomer eats breakfast, does his morning constitutional and goes back to bed with Sean. He makes it hard to get Sean up in the morning for school. I wish I could go back to bed!

"It's Fun to be a little Crazy. Everyone should try it once in a while."
Vito came on a day trip to Waterton National Park with me today and really had a LOT of fun. All day he was just happy and carefree. Best day in a long time!

Yes that's my arm and that's my blood,
one day I just wake up and I saw my life
in front of my eyes and it wasn't what I want
I had spend the first 26 years of my life
doing NOTHING , just learning to be a
good person to be smart and honest
where that has taken me ??
Here I am after all this ,
Looking for an answer.
Everything that I have done for nothing,
my life is empty I had learn a thousand
and one things in my life,
but here I am , No family ,no religion
I don't believe in anything at all but I had
try to do so many times..now I'm tired
But here I am, never hear an "I love you"
or go out on a trip always doing something every day
learning something new !!
For what ??
Here I am learning something new in this moment
and hating my self for that ,where all that knowledge has
taken me I have no ONE but TWO dead end jobs
I have no money a hundred bills to pay and
here I am Just learning something new
looking for an answer !
and now I'm star to wondering if I ever going to find it
I don't even know the question .

it was great. I have been working on my chicken and rice recipe, trying different sices, different meats, different rice, etc. Trying to find thr one combination that taste the best. This one was pretty good. I used leg portions (on the bone, with skin). I browned them in olive olive oil first, with onions, bell pepper, garlic, and pimentos. I spiced them with black pepper, adobo, cumin, red curry (a pinch), cayenne pepper (a pinch), a sprinkle of crushed red peppers (pizza peppers I used to call them), and paprika. I used Jasmine rice. I ccoked the meat in the water until it started to fall from the bones and then added the rice. I also fished out most of the skin once freed from the meat and tossed it - it did it's part by adding to the stock.
All in all it was very good - lots of meat (4 thighs and 5 drumsticks).
It's so warm here! I've got just about every potted plant outside now. I love adding a little green to my porch!
A big leaf pile my landlord raked up in my front yard. I'd jump into it but with my luck it probably hides the world's largest dog turd !
It’s normally my habit to walk around an area to get the ‘feel’ of it, and I believe I’ve been able to do this without feeling threatened in most cities including Moscow & St Petersburg [but not now] , with the exception of Cape Town. Jackie and I took a stroll from our hotel in Fairbanks, something I may not have done had I known then the crime statistics for the area, and certainly not openly taking photos with a DSRL.

It did appear that he had makeup on his cheeks to resemble bruises, but still sad that he did this all day, nevertheless...
This is one of the perpetual sunsets we observed on our flight to Alaska on 7-6-13. My friend said it sort of looked like a water scene. So, I called this image: Iceberg In The Sky.
