It's been a hard day's night, and I've been working like a dog

It's been a hard day's night, I should be sleeping like a log

But when I get home to you I find the things that you do

Will make me feel alright . . .

New version

When we told people we wanted to spend three months in Taiwan, they frequently asked "Why?" This album is why: amazing national parks, delicious noodles, bubble milk tea, neon night markets, friendly people, Buddhist temples and shrines, winding trains, green mountains and tea plantations, and much, much more. Here are our travels in the isle Formosa.

It was -14, so there was little danger of it melting on my 15-minute walk back to work. It was totally worth it.

it's a well-named lake -- even when the bottom part of it is still under ice and snow.

It's Christmas Time In The City

You never know what's lurking inside your greenhouse. This beauty was lying in wait for some lunch among the tomatoes. It's certainly quite different from the kind you get scuttling around in the house now and then.

*sigh*..unwillingly they are multiplying against my will.

It was cool that we all got to sit together.

Revisiting the wonderful week we, myself and C., spent at Penhas Douradas last January. A wonderful stay at a really charming place. You can't imagine the blizzard that was happening outside… Happy days.

It is a line run from Pittsburgh – DuBois - Buffalo with a stop in Olean, NY. One of my friends was driving so i took few pictures of her at a stop in Olean, NY and when she was driving out of Olean, NY going to Bradford, PA. I drove with her few times from Olean to Buffalo, NY in my van while she was driving the bus.

Here is the bus schedule

The Campfire Booth is an all-ages, interactive campfire-like experience taking place within Tin Can Studio’s Streamline trailer mobile project space. The Campfire Booth is a fun and free activity where folks can enjoy a faux fire pit featuring the sounds and trappings of a real one. It will feature the friendly feel, the crackling sounds and the campfire songs played all day. This experience is a great fit for children and families as they "roast" marshmallows, snack on s’mores and feel the warmth.

Campfire Project is a CityStudio student created initiative that aims to introduce a pilot firepit this summer to make the case for public firepits on select Vancouver beaches.

NeighbourMaker is made possible through support from the Vancouver Foundation and bazinga! Additional support provided by VIVA Vancouver and CityStudio.

Some of the Berkeley landscape architecture students decided to participate in Park(ing) Day. We built a park in a parking spot for people to picnic in. This is at the end of the day, when all the sod is rolled up.

It's a small world when you're perched high above it all on a Mickey-shaped sculpture.
