It's Texture Tuesday and Kim Klassen's theme today is Pretty In Pink. While borrowed from the archives, this new version of the photograph has an addition of two beautifully handmade textures by Kim Klassen, "Yesteryear" and "Aurora." A Estação da Luz é uma das mais importantes estações ferroviárias da cidade de São Paulo (construída em 16 de fevereiro de 1867).
A estação abriga ainda o Museu da Língua Portuguesa, uma instituição cultural ligada à Secretaria de Cultura do Estado de São Paulo, inaugurada em 2006 (atingido por um incêndio, em 21 de Dezembro de 2015).
The Light Station is one of the most important railway stations of the city of São Paulo (built February 16, 1867).
The station also houses the Museum of the Portuguese Language, a cultural institution with the Secretariat of the State of São Paulo Culture, inaugurated in 2006 (hit by a fire on December 21, 2015).

I'm grateful for the visit, faves and comments in my photo.
Preparación: cortar las papas, batatas y calabacita en cubos medianos. Cortar las cebollas en cuartos. Machacar los dientes de ajo con su cascara así da sabor, . Cortar los morrones en tiras.
Distribuir todas las verduras en una asadera o fuente para horno previamente aceitada. y salpimentar a gusto.
Acomodar el pechito de cerdo en una asadera ya previamente aceitada, condimentar con jugo de medio limón ají molido y si desea jugo de naranja y un vaso de agua para que vaya reduciendo y no se seque. De esta forma al cocinarse, los jugos y el desgrase del pechito de cerdo caen sobre los vegetales dándole a los mismos un sabor único y delicioso.
Llevar la asadera al horno previamente precalentado a fuego fuerte y cada tanto ir mojando los vegetales con cucharadas de caldo. A partir de los 45 minutos ir verificando que el pechito se encuentre dorado y cocido, al igual que las verduras que se pueden ir pinchando con un tenedor para verificar su cocción. Una vez alcanzado el punto deseado de cocción de la carne, apagar el fuego del horno y dejar reposar unos diez minutos antes de servir.

Cristina Valadas is having one more exhibit in Porto. This exhibit shows her latest artistic phase. She presents new concepts, new installations where she performs and interacts recreating her artwork. I am very happy to be part of this new period with my photography.

Mucking about with fig parts/ideas and I remembered that I had wanted to paint one of the new Doctor Who hairpieces green and use it on a Joker fig. I'm sure someone's done it before, and I'm sure you guys'll let me know for sure. ;)
Anyways, I think this is going to become my definitive Joker fig. Feels like a good mix of parts, and I quite like the way the hair turned out.
