This Drawing spent about a year on the the wall at a friend's house. My friend and his girfriend are smokers and in that enviroment the drawing was left looking very antiquated. The photo doesn't reflect that element well.
Drawn sheltering from the rain under a shed roof. The tractor was painted red but the lichen was green!
Luckily i could shelter from the rain in a luxury hut with windows.

VW Campervan done again as first attempt in Teal was blurred. I've worked out how to do this now properly, so here's an in focus orange version. The windshield has musical notes on it, as it was a wedding car!! and a gift to the wedded couple. Thanks for following & looking!!!

The shop owner told me this was the tallest timber-framed building in the town. The shop owner behind me told me stories about this house as his grandparents lived there. Another local came over for a chat. After all that talking I couldn’t be bothered to correct the innacurate timber framing on the house and left the sketch as it is.
I was sat under a roof but the rain still landed on the sketchbook.
I was sat in the entrance to a bakery so I had to keep standing pressed to the wall to let the delivery vans pass.
I sheltered from the rain standing up in the entrance to a fast food place and tried not to discourage the customers from entering.

Recently I spent some time in the Eastern Townships of Québec - a lovely area with majestic mountains, quiet lakes and small interesting villages. Among other things, I visited an abbey, a vinyard and the Three Pines Café owned by local author, Louise Penny. While we were resting at a cottage, I took some time to make a couple of rough sketches and took some reference photos as I usually do. Later when I returned home, I inked this image but when I finished it didn't capture the night scene as I intended. So, I then scanned and coloured the inked image on my iPad Pro using Procreate to come up with this version.

J'ai récemment passé du temps dans les Cantons-de-l'Est, au Québec - une charmante région aux montagnes majestueuses, aux lacs paisibles et aux petits villages pittoresques. J'y ai notamment visité une abbaye, un vignoble et le Three Pines Café, appartenant à une auteure locale, Louise Penny. Pendant que nous nous reposions au chalet, j'ai pris le temps de faire quelques croquis et de prendre quelques photos de référence, comme à mon habitude. Plus tard, de retour chez moi, j'ai encré cette image, mais une fois terminée, elle ne reflétait pas la scène nocturne souhaitée. J'ai donc numérisé et colorié l'image encrée sur mon iPad Pro avec Procreate pour obtenir cette version.
