Father Sun, created with inks and posca pens, is my take on Native American style art, which I love.

This was the opening of Karlsruhe’s Underground. There were loads of people around. I waited a while to find space in the crowds for this sketch.

Pen and Ink on Scrap Paper (I used a photo of Flickr user @Philip Male as a model for this). His original image is not mine and this drawn 'reproduction' is not only not faithful, but is not for sale or promotion, but simply for reference. This is also posted on Instagram with proper attribution.

A passing local said I was drawing this before God comes.

Answers on a postcard …

a cat and flowers in the midday

the cat is sleeping in the sunlight

sound under the roof

a shadow fell on the bundle

of flowers left

on the ground of 4th avenue

time just passes the midday

and the shadows all coming out from the corners

in the daydream

there are many cats

in frames hanging

on the wall

and the yard

the light is so dazzling

if someone now

shouts OUT:

we DO NOT need Literature and Poetry

then, Die

right away

Private security man came over, this time to look at the sketch. Drawn to the smell of cut steel!

I was invited to sketch in the shop for a couple of hours. This is the owner, Sebastian, in different positions. He had to keep still for me!

When I heard that this building may be demolished, I rushed out to sketch it. It’s listed but this doesn’t always means much in Karlsruhe.
