Kiley: There's the concealer, it's liquid, and cover powder sprinkles, and the activation fluid is fluid. (the girls laugh) We just don't want to make a mess, Mom.
Nicole: Well, thank you for thinking about that. (smiles) I think your dad left it in the garage. Check in the green bin, under the work bench.
Kiley: Thanks, Mom!
Nicole: No need to rush. You've got six hours before nine-ten.

This beautiful church was raised in 1922, and it replaced an older, almost similar church. Just like other churches in Iceland's East fjords from this era, this church is heavily influenced by Norse architecture - its architect was educated in Bergen, Norway.
[Interestingly, at the same time, Iceland was still a Danish colony...]
I don't do this style too much, but when I saw this scene, it reminded me of many of the complex graphic art of Emi Yeh . Please check her out, I love all of her works. They remind me of dreams, memories, stream of consciousness vibes~~

The region of the Franconian Switzerland comprises Germany's largest closed cultivation area for sweet cherries and geographically belongs to the northern Franconian Alps. Sweet cherries are grown at altitudes between 280 m and 400 m above sea level on the frost-free slopes of the deep, romantic valley incisions and at 400 m - 550 m above sea level on the wide Jura plateaus.
The sweet cherries cultivated today are descended from the wild bird cherry (Prunus avium) and the common sour cherry (Prunus cerasus), which are still used today as seedling rootstocks for grafting with cultivated varieties. Commercial cultivation of sweet cherries is mainly based on proven varieties with high yields and tasty fruit with good resistance to rot and other weather-related influences. Cherry cultivation in Franconian Switzerland can be traced back to horticultural activities of the Weißenohe monastery in the 11th century.

Die Süßkirschen werden auf Höhen zwischen 280 m und 400 m über NN an den frostfreien Hängen der tiefen, romantischen Taleinschnitte und auf 400 m – 550 m über NN auf den weiten Jurahochflächen angebaut.
Die heute kultivierten Süßkirschen stammen von der wilden Vogelkirsche (Prunus avium) und der gemeinen Sauerkirsche (Prunus cerasus) ab, die auch heute noch als Sämlingsunterlage zur Veredlung mit Kultursorten verwendet werden. Bei der gewerblichen Kultur von Süßkirschen setzt man überwiegend auf erprobte Sorten mit hohen Erträgen und schmackhaften Früchten bei guter Resistenz gegen Fäulnis und andere witterungsbedingte Einflüsse. Der Kirschenanbau in der Fränkischen Schweiz ist auf gartenkulturelle Aktivitäten des Klosters Weißenohe im 11. Jh. zurückzuführen.

Another moment, captured fourteen years ago. To myself it just brings back good memories! I know it is a big contrast to my previous upload, but that`s life; full of contrasts. As long as we`re aware of it all and don`t forget there are things in this world that will make us sad, frustrated, touched, or angry... as well as there are things that will make us smile, laugh and see the beauty of life. Hopefully the brighter infuences can make us do something about life`s darker sides?

Il Monastero di Agìa Triada, ossia della Santa Trinità, fu eretto nel XVII secolo da due fratelli, ambedue monaci convertiti alla fede ortodossa, della famiglia veneziana Zangaroli. Il complesso fu eretto su una chiesa preesistente. La chiesa è un fabbricato di epoca veneziana a pianta cruciforme, con tre cupole. Quella più grande si trova all'intersezione delle navate, mentre quelle più piccole si trovano sul retro. Anche le due cappelle della chiesa sono completate da cupolette, come pure quella del Sotiras. La chiesa ha un ingresso con nartece situato ad angolo retto rispetto alla navata principale e di larghezza maggiore rispetto ad essa. La chiesa è dedicata alla Santa Trinità, mentre le due cappelle laterali sono dedicate a Agios Ioannis Pròdromos. La chiesa è un misto di arte occidentale nelle decorazioni, inserito in un esterno di stile bizantino. La facciata della chiesa è incorniciata da doppie colonne di stile ionico e corinzio.
The monastery of Agia Triada (Holy Trinity) was built in the seventeenth century by two brothers of the Venetian Zangaroli family, two monks who had converted to the Orthodox faith. It was built on top of a pre-existing church. The church itself is of Byzantine cruciform architecture with three domes. The larger one is at the intersection of the aisles, while the smaller domes are at the back. The two chapels of the church also have domes, as does the chapel of Sotiras which is independent of the church. The church has a narthex at the front which is at right angles to the main aisle and much wider than it. The main church is dedicated to the Agia Triada and the two side chapels to Agios Ioannis Prodromos. The church is a very good example of the heavy, decorative Western-style influence in the exterior decoration of Byzantine churches. The facade of the church has double columns of Ionic and Corinthian style

Zuckerberg Island Heritage Park in Castlegar. Influenced by Russian Orthodox country chapel architecture, this house is built in its style and setting as a reflection of the painting ‘Beyond Eternal Peace’ by the Russian mystic and painter Isaac Leviton. The owner, Alexander Zuckerberg was an Estonian, educated in Czarist Russia as a civil engineer, a self-taught cabinetmaker and sculptor.
