Tung Wah Coffin Home

Situated on Sandy Bay Road, Tung Wah Coffin Home was established in 1899. It is believed that the predecessor of Tung Wah Coffin Home was a coffin home near the slaughter house in Kennedy Town, which was established in 1875 with funds from the Man Mo Temple in Sheung Wan. Its management was later handed over to Tung Wah Hospital. In 1899, Tung Wah Coffin Home was officially named when a plot of land in Sandy Bay was granted by the Government for rebuilding the coffin home.

Taking advantage of Hong Kong’s entrepot status, its geographic location at the doorway to mainland China, and the close connections of Tung Wah Hospital’s board members with overseas organisations and global business network, the coffin home was able to provide a repatriation service for those deceased abroad by providing a temporary depository at the coffin home, from where the deceased could then be returned to their birth place for burial. This service eventually allowed the coffin home became the centre of a global charity hub during the last century.

Tung Wah Coffin Home now consists two halls, 72 rooms, gateways, pavilion and gardens built in different periods. Its buildings reflect a variety of architectural styles, ranging from traditional Chinese vernacular architecture to modern Western-style elements, and others that are a hybrid of both. Tung Wah Coffin Home underwent a large scale restoration project between 2003 and 2004, with a view to restore the coffin home’s elements to their original architectural styles. The restoration project won the Award of Merit in the 2005 UNESCO Asia-Pacific Heritage Awards and the Award of Honor in the Heritage Preservation and Conservation Awards offered by the Antiquities and Monuments Office in the same year.

Tung Wah Coffin Home was declared a monument in 2020.

¿Quiénes entrarán al reino de Dios?

Solo logrando el verdadero arrepentimiento, podremos tener la oportunidad de entrar en el reino de Dios

El Señor Jesús dijo: “Arrepentíos, porque el reino de los cielos se ha acercado” (Mateo 4:17). De las palabras del Señor podemos ver que solo logrando el verdadero arrepentimiento se puede tener la oportunidad de entrar en el reino de los cielos. Pero, en comparación con lo que hacemos todos los días: A menudo vivimos en la condición de pecar y confesar, cuando vemos que los demás son inferiores que nosotros, los despreciamos desde el fondo de nuestro corazón; cuando vemos que otros son mejores que nosotros, todavía podemos envidiar de ellos, etc. Nuestros pensamientos están llenos de pecado y resistencia a Dios, si bien lo hablamos con sacerdote y nos limitamos a dejar de pecar cuando cometemos pecado, después de esto aún repetimos el mismo pecado involuntariamente. ¿Puede alguien así que a menudo confiesa sus pecados ante Dios pero siempre vuelve a pecar y resistirse a Él alcanzar el verdadero arrepentimiento? Entonces, ¿cómo debemos resolver el problema del pecado y lograr el sincero arrepentimiento?

Dios Todopoderoso dice: “Aunque Jesús hizo mucha obra entre los hombres, sólo completó la redención de toda la humanidad, se convirtió en la ofrenda por el pecado del hombre; no lo libró de su carácter corrupto. Salvar al hombre totalmente de la influencia de Satanás no sólo requirió que Jesús se convirtiera en la ofrenda por el pecado y cargara con los pecados del hombre, sino también que Dios realizara una obra incluso mayor para librar completamente al hombre de su carácter corrompido por Satanás. Y así, ahora que el hombre ha sido perdonado de sus pecados, Dios volvió a la carne para guiar al hombre a la nueva era, y comenzó la obra de castigo y juicio. Esta obra llevó al hombre a una esfera más elevada. Todos los que se someten bajo Su dominio disfrutarán una verdad más elevada y recibirán mayores bendiciones. Vivirán realmente en la luz, y obtendrán la verdad, el camino y la vida”.

Las palabras de Dios nos dicen claramente que tras recibir la salvación del Señor Jesús solo hemos sido perdonados de nuestros pecados, pero la naturaleza pecaminosa arraigada en nosotros no se ha resuelto, así que todavía podemos pecar y resistirse a Dios involuntariamente. Solo aceptando la obra de Dios de juzgar y purificar al hombre en los últimos días, podremos deshacernos completamente de la esclavitud del pecado, lograr la purificación de pecados, no pecar u oponernos a Él, solo así seremos capaces de alcanzar el auténtico arrepentimiento y tendremos la oportunidad de entrar en el reino de los cielos.

Ahora el Señor ya ha regresado, Él es Cristo de los últimos días, Dios Todopoderoso. Dios Todopoderoso ha publicado millones de verdades y está llevando a cabo la obra de juzgar y purificar al hombre. Solo si aceptamos las palabras y la obra de Dios Todopoderoso y experimentamos Su obra de juicio y purificación en los últimos días, podremos despojarnos por completo de la esclavitud del pecado, lograr el verdadero arrepentimiento y entrar en el reino de los cielos.

Daewoongjeon ( The Main Buddha Hall )

Daewoongjeon was rebuilt in 1982. Inside the hall, the Statues of three wooden sitting Buddhas are enshrined (National Treasure, No.1819). In the center is the Sakyamuni Buddha with the Medicine Buddha (Bhaisajyaguru) on his left and the Amitabha Buddha of the Western Pure Land (the Buddha of infinite Light) on his right. Behind the statues of the three Buddhas, there is a beautiful painting portraying the theme of the three Buddhas. Also unique architectural features add dignity to its beauty: the dragon image on the railing of the stairs, which was used exclusively for the palaces of kings. The pillars, stylish window frames, roofs and eaves also show the echo-friendly beauty of traditional wooden buildings of Korea.

Jenoptik : verrechnet sich: 11 km/h statt einem km/h, 2 km/h statt 23 km/h

Verstoß gegen zulässige Höchstgeschwindigkeit außerhalb geschlossener Ortschaften wurde in 72141, Gem. Walddorfhäslach, auf der B 27, bei km 0,0, FR Stuttgart, Höhe Bullenbank begangen.

Dabei wurde die erlaubte Geschwindigkeit um 11 km/h, bei zulässigen 60 km/h überschritten. Festgestellt wurden durch Messung mit Lasergerät 61 km/h.

Bei der mit Messgerät Traffipax Traffiphot-S und Foto durchgeführten Geschwindigkeitsmessung wurden 83 km/h bei erlaubten 60 km/h dokumentiert. Die Geschwindigkeitsüberschreitung betrug 2 km/h

Im Einzelfall kann ein Einspruch definitiv sinnvoll sein, denn die Messgenauigkeit des TraffiStar S 350 wurde mittlerweile von mehreren Gerichten in Zweifel gezogen.

Die Laserstrahlen des TraffiStar S350 haben eine Reichweite von etwa 70 m, wobei die Messung im Bereich zwischen 20 bis 50 m stattfinden und ermöglichen gleichzeitige Messungen auf mehreren Fahrstreifen.
