It's HOT out! But that doesn't mean you should have to break a sweat in your Cadillac. I invested some time into making that a reality once again for this car.
This car was "retrofitted" to R134a in 2004. From the time that I owned it, performance was forgivable until the outside temperature got into the mid 80s and above, or parking in the sun for an extended period of time. Basically it exhibited all of the flaws of a converted car. When it was really hot out, the AC was a bad joke, especially when driving slowly. After exhausting everything else, the only choice was to go back to R12.
I had never done any real AC work besides the occasional charge with a can until the air coming out "felt good." I wanted to have an AC shop do everything, but no one in my area does anything with R12 anymore. I was definitely nervous, as, despite it sucking, the 134 system didn't leak at all. I found that it really wasn't that bad, and I would do it again if I had to.
This is what everything looked like before I started. The compressor was changed in 1991...R4's are not known to live that long so it was definitely going to be replaced. I bought an ancient but new Harrison 200 on Ebay some years ago in preparation for this. Here it is getting ready oiled and ready to spin for the first time in decades! Hopefully it will hold up.
At some point the evaporator core was replaced, evidenced by the black goop sealing the box. I wasn't sure of it's condition so I was going to replace it too (it wan't in bad shape and was probably a waste to anyone who might be considering undertaking something like this). I'm glad I did it because the way the box was sealed really wasn't the best and was probably sacrificing some efficiency. I didn't take any pictures of the box itself, but the sealant that was used was a nightmare to remove completely. This was really the worst part of the job, as whoever did it last must have bought stock in the sealant company. Even the drain was filled full of the stuff
So I'm not sure how exactly it was draining before (it did drain though, no standing condensate) There is a bolt that holds the bottom of the HVAC box to the firewall, just about where the passenger's left foot would rest that goes behind the carpet, through to the engine bay. This bolt was missing, and the box was surprisingly...you guessed it, glued to the firewall with about a 1/2 tube of sealant! I was able to find a nut and bolt that was appropriate to hold the box as it was designed to. While I was behind the carpet, I also noticed this.
This rubber plug has 3 vacuum lines running through it. Mine was loose, so much so that if one shined a light at the firewall from under the hood it would come through the car. It was a bitch to get a grasp on and seat back into position. I had no idea that it was there, much less that it was loose and causing an air leak into the car right by one of the manifold-to-Y pipes. I only mention this because I told my buddy about it who owns a 1985 car and his was just kinda dangling there like mine was. Worth looking at if you own a car of this era. I had to use two pair of tiny needlenose to put enough power on it to pop it back in.
There was nothing really wrong with the lines or condenser, so they would be flushed out, 134a-dapters removed, mineral oiled and put back into service. At an HVAC pro's recommendation, I used RX11 AC flush. Nasty stuff, but did a great job. It is really important to get the 134a oil out of the system, along with any garbage that may have accumulated over the years. My job was made easier by tons of green dye that was in the system.
The orifice tube is supposed to collect physical contaminants. They really shouldn't be that dirty, provided you're not working with a car that had a blown compressor. No idea how old this tube was, but it was not bad.
Once I had the system flushed, I put everything back together using one of those AC o-ring kits. My mechanic checked it for leaks, and then vacuumed it down. Finally I was ready to charge! I was excited, and regrettably forgot to take pictures of the process (I even bought a gauge set). Anyway, the only one more excited than me was the car!
Can you see the cold?
Vent temps are in the mid 40's around town, NYC. Figure 90 +/- 5 and very humid. On the highway, I've seen as low as 37, but no lower. Of note, these measurements were taken from the center vents using a digital temp sensor, not a vent thermometer. Regardless, of the vent temp, the car itself is actually cool inside which is something I remember about R12 that even newer cars that have much more consistent performance seem to lack. Ice coming out of the vents, but you have to be in the airflow to actually be cool. Not so anymore. I'm so pleased with this, and kinda shocked that it worked! To anyone contemplating AC work, I recommend watching this guy's videos, especially this one

It helped me out a lot (read: gave me confidence to tear into an air conditioning system) I'll be back with an unrelated update sometime soon, and I don't mean 3 months soon like last time!

"PRAYING FOR JAPAN"
www.jejuweekly.com/news/articleView.html?idxno=1371
I had just finished dinner on Friday, March 11th when a friend called me with the news that Japan had been hit by a massive earthquake. I had been busy all afternoon and hadn't heard the news. I immediately turned on my computer and watched in horror as streamed video from various news networks showed the tsunami racing across Japan's northeastern coastline, washing away everything in its path. It was an incredible sight.
Unfortunately, this was only the beginning as damage to four of Japan's six nuclear reactors caused by the earthquake threatened to create an even grreater disaster. Daily warnings about radiation levels followed. And then, just when it looked like things couldn't get any worse for Japan, it began to snow...
Nearly two weeks have past since Japan suffered its worst crisis since World War II. A stream of photos from the disaster stricken area show the magnitude of the catastrophe. One image shows rescue workers sifting through the rubble of a destroyed factory looking for survivors as snow falls heavily around them. Another shows an old woman staring at empty shelves as she pushes a cart along the aisle of a supermarket. A third picture shows a group of men sitting in dirty lawn chairs around a camp fire, cooking noodles and reading tattered newspapers while another shows a lone aid worker on a bicycle speeding through what was once a bustling city, piles of rubble on either side of the mangled road. Over 7,000 people have died, thousands more are missing, about 450,000 people are now homeless, and more than one million people have no drinking water.
Having lived in Japan for many years in the 1990's, it saddened me to see such a terrible thing happen to such a wonderful country. So, when I heard that Gwaneumsa temple here in Jeju was going to do a special ceremony for the people of Japan on Sunday, March 20th, I jumped at the chance to take part.
I arrived at the parking a lot in front of Ora stadium at 8 am and hopped onto the bus bound for the temple. Nearly every seat was taken. A good sign that Japan is in the hearts of many Korean people. Within 10 minutes we had arrived at Daewonjeongsa temple, the starting point for our aproximately 7 km "meditation" walk to Gwaneumsa temple. As we headed out, rain started falling. It rained... and rained... and rained.
Two rain soaked hours later, we finally arrived at Gwaneumsa. Not wasting any time, the monks shepparded us to a pagoda in the central courtyard area. Around the pagoda we went, a sort of "cleansing" ritual for the soul that removes bad spirits.
Next we headed inside for the main ceremony. It was packed with people. The temple's senior members entered the room and the ceremony quickly began. The next hour was similar to what most Buddhist ceremonies look like in Korea. But, about half way through, the priest began to pray for Japan, calling for health, happiness, and a strong future for the country. Then, near the end of the ceremnony, another priest called out the names of Japanese people and prayed for their strength in the face of such trying times. It was a touching moment.
A blanket of fog had moved in while we were inside, creating a wonderful atmosphere around Gwaneumsa and prompting me take a few extra minutes to walk around the complex and gather my thoughts before heading back to the bus. I rounded a corner and saw a young monk make his way across a courtyard and between two buildings. I took one photo before he disappeared into the foggy unknown.
It brought my thoughts back to Japan, its future also unknown. Rebuilding the tsunami ravaged areas will take time. It will be difficult and there will be a lot of pain. My thoughts go out to the people of Japan and I pray for a speedy recovery for the country.

"Hey mom, come pick us up, we're done swimming." or messages like this are the most common from this payphone, dialed home from youth under driving age.
We had a system of free messaging - call 1-800-CALL-ATT collect to the pre-arranged ride phone number, usually home, and say your first name, and the last name was code for the street concatenated with "no" meaning don't pick up. If you changed your first name to "Elise" meant don't come get us, we got a ride or changed plans to hang with friends "you're rELeased." Of course we would then be required to phone from where we went to update. And, of course if there was an important immediate update or emergency, mom had the payphone number and the first name we stated was "Chongo" for "Uh-oh, Chongo!" from The Banana Splits Danger Island adventure serial segment for minor mishaps and "McGraw" was code for medical injury derived from the Hanna-Barbera cartoon series Quick-Draw McGraw and stood for his catch-phrase accompanied by smashing a guitar over the villain's head "El-KABONG!"

Zimbabwe Pavilion hosts Mobile Emergency Room
eyonart.blogspot.co.uk/2013/06/zimbabwe-pavilion-hosts-mo...
Thierry Geoffroy, Mobile Emergency Room at the Zimbabwe Pavilion, Venice Biennale, 1st June 2013
The second Zimbabwe Pavilion of the 55th Venice Biennale, commissioned by Doreen Sibanda and curated by Raphael Chikukwa, is hosting Thierry Geoffroy’s Mobile Emergency Room.
An intervention curated by Christine Eyene, as part of “process: immaterial proposal”, the Mobile Emergency Room forms part of the Maldives Pavilion curated by Chamber of Public Secrets. Thierry Geoffroy, a.k.a Colonel, takes on the Maldives as an Emergency case in need of immediate treatment. His work seeks to transform “rigid exhibition spaces” into “elastic and generous exhibition spaces”. As the artist explains: “I will act like a space of generosity, a hunter for climate change Emergency and an art re-distributor”.
Initiated as a conversation begun when Eyene co-curated the 10th Dak’Art Biennal in 2012, this unrealised collaboration was activated at the 55th Venice Biennale in the form of a scenario of “disappearance” whereby actual emergencies and hospitality needs are translated into artistic interventions.
The Mobile Emergency Room consists of the now iconic tent placed in one of the pavilion’s rooms. It extends from being a space for artists expressing emergencies towards climate change, to encompassing emergencies expressed by visual artists from Africa, the Diaspora and beyond. In line with Geoffroy’s process, artists are invited to submit pressing issues as statements, interrogations, images and other creative forms, triggering his central question: can emergencies be ranked?
The outcome of this project will be displayed both online and on site, with regular updates. The space will also be activated by the presence of the curator and artist in the course of the Venice Biennale, with programmed performative conversations and interventions.
The Mobile Emergency Room opens up the Zimbabwe Pavilion from its curatorial theme “Dudziro: Interrogating the Vision of Religious Beliefs” – featuring Virginia Chihota, Rashid Jogee, Michele Mathison, Voti Thebe and Portia Zvavahera – to becoming a hub and space for critical engagement for the art community.
In addition to being a greatly appreciated gesture of generosity and hospitality from the Zimbabwean organisers and artists alike, this international collaboration speaks volumes on the openness of the pavilion’s organisers to artistic and curatorial experiment. It also stands as a unique venture in the history of African curatorship at the Venice Biennial.
Artists with Emergency topics for the Mobile Emergency Room, at the Zimbabwe Pavilion, can contact: eyonartmail@gmail.com.
The Zimbabwe Pavilion is organised by the National Gallery of Zimbabwe, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Sports, Arts and Culture. Partners are Culture Fund, the Swiss Embassy in Zimbabwe and the European Union with sponsorship from the Goethe Institute, the Zimbabwe German Society and Portnet.
“process: immaterial proposal” at the 55th Venice Biennale is facilitated by a Curators Grant from the Foundation for Arts Initiatives.

ABOUT THOMAS
Currently residing in Manhattan, Thomas Bergeron has performed across North America, Europe, and Asia as a jazz and classical musician with orchestras, chamber groups, small jazz groups, show bands, as a soloist, and can be heard on the Naxos and Koch record labels.
He is a sought after teacher and clinician across the Northeast, currently serving as Studio Teacher of Trumpet, Director of Brass Chamber Music, and jazz coach at Williams College and Bennington College.
Tom is an active freelancer, working in all styles throughout New York, New England, and beyond. He currently serves as principal trumpet with the Berkshire Symphony, plays regularly with the Vermont Symphony, and performs every Sunday afternoon with his jazz trio at Julius' in the West Village of Manhattan.
Mr. Bergeron holds an M.M. and an A.D. in Trumpet Performance from Yale, where he received the John Swallow Award for excellence in brass playing and won the Woolsey Hall Concerto Competition. Thomas also holds a B.A. in Business Management from The Isenberg School at UMass. While at Yale, Tom served as Assistant Director of the Yale Jazz Ensemble and as a T.A. for Allan Dean, teaching Yale College trumpet students.
As an educator, Thomas recently created the "Music and Creative Writing" outreach program in New Haven's public school system. During regular visits to inner-city school classrooms, he helped young students write stories inspired by his original jazz compositions, and then incorporated their writings into the pieces.
As a founding member of the Reveille Trumpet Collective (www.reveilletrumpet.org), Tom has dedicated himself to the progressive new music movement, and in particular, exploring new relationships between composers and performers, and new ways of conceiving, performing, and presenting contemporary "art" music to reach wider audiences. In 2009, he commissioned and premiered a Trumpet Concerto by Jay Wadley for trumpet, winds, and live electronics.
Mr. Bergeron has appeared as a soloist with the Hartford Symphony, has recorded with the Albany Symphony and Schola Cantorum, and has performed with The Smothers Brothers, Arlo Guthrie, The Triton Brass Quintet, Albany's Dogs of Desire, the I/O Ensemble, Orchestra New England, the New Hampshire Symphony, The New Haven Symphony, The Yale Philharmonia, and Emmanuel Music in Boston. Built in 1948 [1942], the 4-8-4 wheel configuration Northern type served well into the 1960s. In its retirement it serves as a reminder of days past when Fort Erie boasted the third-largest railyard in Canada. As well as a host of artifacts, including tools and telegraphy equipment, the original Grand Trunk Railway Station in Ridgeway and the CN B-1 station, used to monitor traffic over the International Railway Bridge, was moved to the railroad museum site and are being preserved. The B-1 serves as office and gift shop. The Ridgeway Station houses the main exhibit area." From the Fort Erie Railroad Museum Site

My Favorite Paintings at Albertina Museum, Vienna
The renown Albertina Museum in Vienna, Austria was mostly valued for its graphic art collections, such as works by the incomparable Albrecht Dürer, whose ultra-realistic drawings and watercolors were so delicate that the museum only put reproductions on display, therefore, I refrain from citing his works as my favorite there.
Albertina Museum also had some really impressive oil paintings, amongst which, I was particularly enthralled by paintings by Max Beckmann and Paul Delvaux.
The Frau mit Katze (Woman with Cat) by German artist Max Beckmann was a stylish, understated yet highly erotically charged woman portrait, typical of his pre-Third-Reich oeuvre, without the unsettling sinister atmosphere permeated in his later works.
I was particularly enchanted by the sitters' self-satisfying langour, the marvelously subtle and bold interplays of orange, yellow, pale purple, green and black shades, and the sitter's slightly monumental bulk, which didn't take away any of her sensuality or her femininity.
Kaiser Maximilian I und die Kunst der Duerer-Zeit in Albertina Museum, Vienna showcased two incredible cycles of Triumph Procession of Kaiser Maxilimian I. - a water color cycle by Albrecht Altdorfer and a woodcut cycle by Hans Burgkmair the Elder. Albertina Museum informed us that "the extraordinary Triumphal Procession of Albrecht Altdorfer and his workshop, which will form the core of the exhibit. Of the original 109 large-sized parchment sheets with flamboyantly colourful representations of riders, magnificent chariots and landsknechts, sheets 49 to 109 are preseved in the Albertina and, compiled as a frieze, amount to a length of more than 54 metres." It was absolutely unforgettable. Though Hans Burgkmair's cycle was somewhat shorter and only in black and white, it was no less extraordinary...
Albertina Museum was also a living one and it kept collecting modern works. The most recognizable names included Chagall, Picasso and Munch, etc.

Garden Wagon Planters and Garden Wheelbarrow Planters
will serve a utilitarian purpose as well as adding style.
Where to put it
The great thing about wagon garden planters and wheelbarrow planters is that they are, by design, mobile. If you get tired of where it is initially place, simply wheel to a different part of the garden. This is a major advantage over stationary planters made of such materials as concrete, fiberglass, and zinc, which are too heavy, especially when filled with plants and soil, to rearrange with throwing out your back in the process. Believe it or not, wagon planters and wheelbarrow planters also can make great additions inside the home as well, depending, of course, on whether you have the room to fit them. A wagon or wheelbarrow garden planter inside the home is sure to make a lasting impression on your guests as well as fill your home with warmth and style.
Other Benefits
Here are some of the major benefits that you will reap from adding garden planter carts or wooden wheelbarrow planters to your design scheme.
They are practical and stylish for both indoor and outdoor usage all season long.
Working wheels make them easily mobile inside or outside your home for those times when you feel like rearranging.
The planter box itself is glued and nailed to add sturdiness once it is filled with soil and plants.
Most garden wagons and wheelbarrow garden planters are manufactured from sturdy, durable woods such as cedar, oak and fir to ensure long lasting usage and dependability during the harsh winter season months.

31/365 - Vroom Vroom
Today, I feel like changing things a bit. I've been taking lots of portraits images of myself or love ones . Some are simple and made sense, while some makes you wonder what the hell is wrong with this guy. I noticed also that my images are becoming like one could find in Facebook, MySpace, or dare I say Friendster. Nothing against images posted there, I'm talking about the girl and friends in the bathroom images??? or the emo look, angry at the world self portrait. Before photography, I was into modding cars and make them go "Vroom Vroom". Spending countless hours making it shine, a number of "fix it" and speeding tickets. I grew out of it.
For this shot, I saw a video in YouTube. Its all about strobist shot, single light source multiple pictures and merge them all in Photoshop. Seems like a good idea.

Looking (south) for the sea?
Issues in the Sarawak Coastal Zone
"Coastal erosion is considered a major problem on the coast of Miri from the mouths of Batang Baram to the Sg. Miri. The erosion is natural, but is compounded caused by different land-uses and economic activities. It threatens the coastal road and other structures along the coast, and both long-term and short-term solutions are required."
"The beaches of Sarawak are becoming increasingly dirty. This pollution is impacting the tourist industry as well as degrading the quality of life of local residents. The main source of pollution originates from logging, petroleum and plantation industries as well as from squatters living in close proximity to the beaches."
"Mangroves are considered essential ecological and physical components of the riverbank and muddy coastline vegetation. Habitat fragmentation of mangroves due to clearing or felling reduces the capacity of mangroves to perform their function as nursery areas for a myriad of fish, crabs and shrimps that are an important food source for the inhabitants of the area."
"Other functions of the mangrove forests relate to its ability to stabilise and prevent shoreline erosion, prevent tidal flooding and salt water intrusion. Furthermore, it acts as a buffer zone between land and sea thus protecting the beaches from excessive siltation from the rivers. "
"Depletion of groundwater resource occurs both in a qualitative and a quantitative sense. The conversion of peat land for agriculture plantation or for urbanisation and industrial development reduces the water storage capacity of the catchment. Degradation of water quality occurs through intrusion of wastes, chemicals and other pollutants into the water catchment system. Furthermore, over-exploitation of groundwater results in saltwater intrusion from the sea that consequently lessens the ability of the catchment to supply fresh drinking water. "
RM12 mln for coastal protection
"Minister of Works Datuk Seri Samy Vellu during his visit there in March 2006 had said that he would ask for over RM20 million for the road improvement and maintenance of the Kuala Baram dual-carriageway in Miri, which is in danger of being washed away by waves."
by Philip Kiew December 11th, 2007
“Today, no matter how heavy the rain, Eastwood has no worries. Even if it floods everywhere in Miri, Eastwood will not. Even in heavy downpours, we can pump out the water and control the level,” he said.
“I expect to spend another RM100 million in six years to build a water safari on 60,000ha of land near Kuala Baram,” Law revealed.

We live in a hyper-technological society in which family life is failing, a world where we can learn anything except how to be parents; how to raise children with values and limits, how to say No more often, how to discipline them.
It is said that we must raise children in freedom. No demands on them. Let them dictate their own rules and do as they please. These are well-intentioned mistakes whose consequences we are paying for daily: children and adolescents who run away, commit suicide, kill and drug themselves.
The absence of the mother in the home and the weakening of fatherly authority have become a central issue of a daily reality that threatens to destroy the family as an institution. Alone, in front of a computer our children grow up in a state of emotional emptiness. Consequently, they do not grow up. Christina Balinotti provides an enlightening handbook designed to show mothers (and fathers) how to lead and strengthen the family. It is a defense of the most important and significant event of human experience: parenthood.
Christina Balinotti is an Argentine author and lecturer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in the social sciences with graduate studies in Psychology including three years of special studies in Philosophy and Literature in her native Buenos Aires. She also has ample knowledge in the field of quantum physics.
She has resided in Miami since the year 2000, where she works as an international analyst on TV and Radio, investigating the crimes and suicides of our young people and their relationship to maternal absence during a child’s early years in this and in other developed societies.
Through her Foundation, Holistic Femininity, Christina Balinotti organizes conferences and annual workshops at several Florida universities (FIU, UM, SUAGM) as well as in important venues in Miami for the purpose of educating women in the essential recovery of family values and in the pathways of holistic femininity, all free of charge.
In 2013 she hosted a radio show at Radio Nova Internacional as well as a weekly TV Show at Telemiami in which she, together with other professionals, including sociologists, historians and psychologists, analyzed the role of women in Western cultures. Proud mother and grandmother.
Lagu Pujian dan Penyembahan 2019 | Kerajaan Kristus Dinyatakan di Antara Manusia
Tuhan Yang Mahakuasa yang berinkarnasi
menampakkan diri di akhir zaman di Timur,
bagai matahari kebenaran yang terbit;
umat manusia telah melihat terang kebenaran muncul.
Tuhan yang benar dan agung, pengasih dan pengampun
yang rendah hati tersembunyi di antara manusia,
menyampaikan kebenaran, berfirman dan bekerja.
Tuhan Yang Mahakuasa berhadapan
muka dengan muka dengan kita.
Tuhan yang engkau dambakan, Tuhan yang aku nantikan,
hari ini menampakkan diri kepada kita secara nyata.
Kita mencari kebenaran, kita merindukan keadilan;
kebenaran dan keadilan telah datang di antara manusia.
Kau mengasihi Tuhan, aku mengasihi Tuhan;
umat manusia begitu penuh pengharapan baru.
Orang-orang taat, bangsa-bangsa menyembah
Tuhan nyata yang berinkarnasi.
Tuhan Yang Mahakuasa mengungkapkan kebenaran
dan membawa penghakiman,
menyingkapkan watak kebenaran Tuhan.
Dengan penghakiman, penghajaran dan ujian firman,
Ia menaklukkan dan menyempurnakan sekelompok penakluk.
Firman Tuhan, penuh murka dan megah,
menghakimi dan mentahirkan ketidakbenaran umat manusia,
menghancurkan sama sekali zaman kegelapan.
Kebenaran dan keadilan berkuasa di bumi.
Dunia semuanya bersorak, manusia semuanya bersukacita;
Kemah Tuhan datang di antara manusia.
Alam semesta gempar dan bangsa-bangsa menyembah.
Kehendak Tuhan dilaksanakan di bumi.
Dunia semuanya bersorak, manusia semuanya bersukacita;
Kemah Tuhan datang di antara manusia.
Alam semesta gempar dan bangsa-bangsa menyembah.
Kehendak Tuhan dilaksanakan di bumi.
Kerajaan Kristus dinyatakan di antara manusia.

The day started off cold, but I knew it wouldn't last. According to one weather station, it was 46 degrees at the start, 59 degrees at 8 AM, 70 degrees by 9, 77 at 10 and 81 degrees at 11 AM. That was actually cooler than last year! Knowing it would be hot, my strategy was to go out easy and cool as efficiently as possible. At the first checkpoint near mile 6, I was the 222nd marathoner out of 346 entrants, averaging about 9:20/mile. I kept moving steadily along, and Derrick spotted me just before mile 12. This is where Derrick helped me pull off my greatest marathon trick ever. He had soaked a towel in a pail of ice water. I took that towel & draped it over my head-- it was very effective, and kept me cool for 5+ minutes. Soon thereafter, the half-marathon course diverged and the runners thinned considerably. From this point on, I counted a total of two runners who passed me. I clocked the first half in just under 2:04.
The next checkpoint was near mile 15, and I had moved up 19 spots to 203th. I had slowed a bit, but apparently not as much as others! Around here, I was starting to suffer. My legs were hurting, possibly due to dehydration. The tough thing was I was drinking plenty, but I think most of it sat in my stomach since I was sweating so much my body couldn't replace the fluids fast enough. Regardless, I kept on chugging and now I started to pass more people. I was the 179th person across the 3rd checkpoint near mile 21. Now, all I could think of was seeing Derrick, Emily & Brandon near mile 25 with my ice towel, photo opp & personal cheering section. My knee started to hurt, but I just ran through it (it's fine now). At the last checkpoint before the finish near mile 23, I had passed 13 more people to reach 166th.
At mile 25, I got my ice towel, and that made all the pain go away. I really kicked it up a notch now, passing 20 people in the last 3 miles, including 2 who I raced by in the last 100 yards. My final time was a quite good 4:11:43. All told, I passed 79 people after mile 6 while getting passed by 3. That means I passed almost 25% of the field! If you don't believe me, check out the results. So, despite the slower than hoped (but faster than expected) time, I really felt like I ran my best time considering the race conditions and my shape.
