The only sound I could hear as I walked around the Lingzhi Dzong was monks chanting inside.
Lingzhi is a remote village in Bhutan. It is three days walk from here to Paro or Thimpu; and regardless of which direction you come from, you must cross a pass more than 4500-m high. I stopped in Lingzhi for a rest day on my trek.

This is a photo of a chapel in Tlaquepaque Village in Sedona Arizona. I took it last year on our annual trip to Oak Creek Canyon.
I am hoping to get lots and lots of beautiful church shots when I travel to The Holy Land in 18 days. Have been busy getting ready for the trip and lost track of time---just realized it was arches week. Yikes! I love arches! Where has my mind been?
Anyway, this counts for dramatic light and technique days. The chapel was dark inside and I was taking this from the doorway so I did use the flash. Cropped it slightly, softened it a bit and then used a matte filter to fade the light at the corners to give it that heavenly glow.
