I was trying to give this a “heavenly” feeling while not losing the detail of the horses body. Not sure if that combo works. What do you think?

Another famous dish from Jaffna called "Sundankaai" (Turkey Berry) in Tamil. It has many other names such as Devil's Fig, Prickly Nightshade, Shoo-shoo Bush, Wild Eggplant and Pea Eggplant. It has some medicinal value as well. The dried ones are sold at Tamil medical stalls in Jaffna.
This is on US 60 on the way to Winchester today. We had the first real snow of the year the other day and I thought this scene was to great to pass up.
