The Tian Tan Heaven's Gate (Heavenly Temple) of Beijing is considered one of China's most famous architechtural landmarks. This lantern structure built in 2:1 scale recreates the temple's majestic presence.

One of my favorite subjects to photograph during Spring-like weather are new growth on trees and shrubs. These tiny new buds, branches and leaves are always exciting and fun to shoot.
When it's hard to go on, eyes clouded, I try to think the ipomoeas, aka morning glories. Especially the variety that's called "Heavenly Blue".
Just one week to go here. Then leaving.
The situations where nothing seems to change or move, just waiting.
It helps a bit I'm making now an illustration for a short text by one of my favorite authors. She writes about these ipomoeas.

Heavenly Haloâ¦How does one describe a delicate, radiant, angelic Halo? This heavenly beauty should be heralded from mountaintops but it would not suit her shy, humble personality making her all the more beautiful and desirable. Halo is so adorable with looks similar to a panda bear, a baby raccoon and an adorable bunny all rolled up into one sensational kitten. She is stunning with rich chocolate seal points in contrast to the crisp white snowshoes on her paws. Her delicate soft fur feels like the most decadent chocolate melting in your mouth. While she is initially shy Halo comes out of her shell radiating an angelic vibe as she perpetually kneads and gently purrs. Halo is so demure and humble you will find yourself speaking in whispers.
