Here’s Dree Hill sort of restyled and redressed. While I really love her face and sculpt and hair, it’s all far too shiny to photograph. I might use MSC on her face then touch up her teeth cuz it’s a weird rectangle instead of filling the sculpt properly heh…
Flit stops off at the Trade Post to pick up some well needed supplies She grabs a respirator to keep the harsh sands out of her circuits, some body armor and shades.
She is thankful for the small knife she aquires and hacks off a good portion of hair, it will only get in the way where she has to go. She circles back taking the long way to shake off the feeling of being followed and ducks into her bunker to check in on Dylain.

this didn't really go to plan tonight. my makeup isn't as good as i would have liked due to finishing old foundation. Finally don't that now yay.
Then I thought lets try a wig and although it does look better it doesn't feel right and so i didn't feel right.
Anyway the whole aim of the exercise was to wear these boots after Hannah says my other ones were to flat and functional lol or something like that. Not worn these for a while because the tend to slip down when you start walking about.
Still not a bad image just not what i had in mind. wait until you see it with my own hair, it doesn't get better believe me. Looks like after the other it is all down hill from here on out. Mind you i am 52 come Thursday

This is Ginger at 17 weeks old. She had a skin infection a few weeks ago and lost most of her hair. It is finally growing back out.
Strobist:
3x Alien Bee 800s. One in beauty dish camera right, one with 30 degree grid behind her camera left for rim lighting, and one gelled yellow with 10 degree grid aimed at the white paper background. Fired via poverty wizards.
It was a delightfully scary feeling; the dress, the leather jacket, the sunglasses perch atop the styled hair. It felt like armour but also a very thin defence against the real world. It was one hell of a rush....
The Shadow High girls up close. I love the RH line for their many, many details that I can't find in $200 range dolls. But this Shadow High release has simply blown me away. I just have no words. So cool, yet so sophisticated. Seeing what comes with these girls and the care that went into them (including beautiful, distinct manicured nails for each one in grayscale), I find myself questioning the worth of every other doll in my collection.
Shanelle, who I did not plan to buy at first, is my favorite of the trio. She is just ethereal. Super hard to photograph, but stunning from head to toe. That second dress is incredible.
Heather was my first pick from this line and she does not disappoint. I did redo her hair, it was messy out of box. And I flipped the hair extension things. Her crocodile print dress and pants are something else. As is her jacket (not shown here).
Natasha is gorgeous. The second outfit is just dreamy. That faux fur coat with its beaded stripes? I shudder to think how much other companies would charge for that, LOL.
Super happy with these girls. Thank you, MGA!
This is pretty much straight out of the camera. I was shooting about -0.3 EV so I upped the exposure a hair. It is uncropped.
Monster Monday.
This is a Moji Mi, If you touch his hair it gets disgruntled with you, Pretty funny stuff :D
Sophina, I love her she is really beautiful and I love her outfit, I really love her long hair it looks great.
Llegan a medir 12 cm.
The bicácaro Canarina canariensis, also called bicacarera, bicacarero or campanilla is a climbing plant endemic of the Canary Islands that lives mainly in the forests of laurisilva of the archipelago. It belongs to the Campanillaceae family and is one of three species of the genus Canarina. It is also the species that typifies this genus. It is one of the most emblematic plant species of the Canary Islands, considered by some authors as the "national flower" of the Islands.
It is a perennial herbaceous plant, creeping and glabrous (without hairs). It has a thick and deep tuber. The stems, climbing or hanging, can reach up to three meters in length, are fleshy, hollow, contain latex inside and are renewed every year from the tuber, so the plant is said to be annual in its aerial part. The leaves, which are deep green in the bundle and paler on the underside, are opposite, petiolate, hollowed (ie, they have an arrow shape), have jagged edges and are covered by a subtle whitish fuzz. Says that the plant is glauca. They measure up to 12 cm. The flowers, pedunculated, are orange to red, have a bell shape and measure between 3 and 6 centimeters. They are bisexual, that is, they have both stamens and pistils, solitary (they are separated from each other), cimosas (located at the ends of the stems) and inside it can be observed a colorful pattern of scarlet veins on the orange petals. The fruits are fleshy, oval berries 3 to 4 centimeters in diameter and a reddish color that when matures turns black. They are edible and their taste is sweet.
Canarina canariensis is a Canarian endemism whose habitat is Monteverde (laurisilva and fayal-heather) and, to a lesser extent, the thermophilic forests of the midian area.
It can be between 300 and 1,000 meters high, always in shady places, humid and humid. The flowering, that is, the period in which the plant blooms, takes place between the months of November and May. Pollination involves birds of the family of sílvidos, such as warblers and mosquito nets. In the summer the fruits and aerial parts of the plant can be collected, that is, the parts that protrude from the ground, dry and sprout from the roots with autumn rains.
It is possible to find this species in the islands of Tenerife, Gran Canaria, La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro. These islands have the sufficient altitude to allow the growth of laurisilva forests, natural habitat of the species.
The bicácaro is, along with the mocán and the arbutus, one of the few native plants of the Canary Islands that produce edible fruit. That is why the Guanches, the first settlers of the archipelago, consumed their fruits (also called bicácaros) frequently.

Chris Taylor and I have been taking weekly photography expeditions since the weather turned pleasant, sometimes when it's cold as well. On this day we wandered around Baskett Slough (7000 steps my watch tells me) surrounded usually by great shots in all directions. It was hot and no place to be without a hat for someone losing their hair. It was just a matter of picking out the composition you wanted.
I enjoy the sculpted look of far off farm houses, trees. I used to climb trees when I was a kid just to look off into the distance and wonder about the people in tiny houses. Something about this relaxes me. Wide angle lens (my pinhole camera, for example) can recreate the sensation, but even the lens of my Voigtländer Bessa RF gives me that feeling if I set up a serious of overlapping planes. This was something I learned from my painting teachers long ago, which today's photographers refer to as layers.
The Voigtländer is a rangefinder camera with two tiny eyepieces. One is for focus. The other is to frame up the shot. You really don't get much of an idea of what it really looks like until you develop the negatives. That doesn't bother me at all. The two tiny eyepieces are far more than I get with a pinhole camera.

Winged Victory
Bronze statue
Height: cm 191
Second half of 1st century AD
It is a feminine figure, slightly turning her body to the left; she is wearing a cloth pinned on her shoulders (kiton) and a mantle (himation) wrapped around her legs.
The statue was realised with the technique known as investment casting and is composed of at least 30 parts cast separately and later soldered together. Just like in portraits, the finish touch is given with pointed tools that define traits neatly. With the technique of damascening, silver has been woven to her hair.
It must have been created in the second half of the 1st century AD by a professional workshop specialised in bronze art in the north of Italy.
The statue was discovered on July 20th 1826 and the fame of the Victory in Brescia had been spreading all around Europe, so much so that Napoleon III, who was staying in Brescia before the Solferino battle in June 1859, wanted to visit the Archaeological and historical museum. He was so impressed by the beauty of the statue that he asked to have a copy of it, now exhibited at the Louvre. Thankful for this gift from Brescia, the Emperor donated to the city two monumental Sèvres porcelain vases bearing the portraits of Napoleon III and his wife, now on show at the Museo del Risorgimento in the city.
my favorite detail at the moment is my hair. it's the one thing about my body i can control (even though it's out of control!).
my hair turned really wavy after I had a baby and now I'm not sure what it's trying to do, so I am letting my hair do what it wants, not fighting it but trying to go with the flow and help it along.
trying waves for a while, looking like a crazy nest head for a while, probably not my best look but i don't mind, i'll figure it out eventually.
thank goodness for pony tail holders. =)
For this challenge, the girls were to walk down the runway in the amazing designs from Versace! I personally do not like doing runway shots, since I think I suck at those and I don't have the props to make the runway and all that. But hopefully in the future I do. x) We were suppose to show a different side of our models and I decided to give Courtney blonde hair! I think it looks quite nice on her! I had Courtney model a dress from the Versace Fall/Winter 2013 collection!

Good lord. They made me blonde y'all. Why?! I personally love my red hair. It'll be back soon. Hopefully. Camden and I were practicing our walks backstage earlier and once again that crusty bitch kept patting her weave. I swear I think I saw lice coming out of her head y'all! Well I still gotta reach for the prize. Only a few more photoshoots to go y'all. See ya soon!
Hope you guys like! :3

Time traveler Jade - Her story:
Born amidst the Science Flux era, mad scientist - Time Traveler Jade was certainly ahead of her times. The story goes that while fabricating her trusty autonomous robot companion, Mr. Ruby, she stumbled upon the mechanical-mathematical formula for space-time continuum. Promptly, she took apart her inherited vintage clocks and jewels and concocted the greatest invention of all time: The Time Machine. Jade disguised her contraption in her attire. Her skirt transports the gears and powerful jade jewels that power up the machine. The vintage aviator goggles set the place that she wants to go to and her coquettish bow tie sets the time and date.
Her real name is unknown. The name Jade was given because of the color of her hair. It is said by scholars that her hair has turned green due to the precious jade stones that provide the battery power for her outfit. She doesn’t mind the name or the hair color. In fact she loves to be different.
Jade has traveled the world and mastered the space- time continuum. During her travels, Jade has taken many photographs documenting her fabulous adventures. It has been told that she traveled to 1972 to meet the very first of her kind. They shared chocolate ice cream and laughs. She has met many of her sisters and on occasion allowed them to borrow her invention. Once in a while, Jade and Mr. Ruby will let you see a glimpse of their adventures and purposely upload a photo or two to be seen on the vast internet or they will snap a black and white photo and place it in some lucky collector’s vault to be found later.
Time traveler Jade has learned about her past and rejoiced about her future. There are many stories to be told, many people to meet, and a lot of places to be with Time Traveler Jade and her faithful companion.

Pale Tussock
Calliteara pudibunda
the adults are sexually dimorphic; the females are generally larger and plainer in appearance. The males have more contrasting markings and usually smaller. Both exhibit the distinctive forward-facing 'furry' legs at rest.
The moths fly in May and June and are attracted to light.
The larva is very distinctive; similar to that of the Dark Tussock (Dicallomera fascelina), but is generally greenish or yellow, with four conspicuous tufts of yellow hairs. It feeds on a range of deciduous shrubs and trees, and used to be a pest of hop (Humulus lupulus), when it was commonly grown.

In the middle of processing my photos from a TFI shoot with Purpleport model @laurensafreak (not her real name.....) so I thought I'd upload a few of my favourites before I get stuck into another subject.
How many of you that saw the previously posted sepia version and guessed Lauren had such wildly coloured hair ? It was one of the reasons I was keen to shoot with her, that and she's pretty good at doing her own make-up too.

Posed street portrait for my 100 Strangers project taken in Glasgow, Scotland.
This picture is #24 in my 100 strangers project. Find out more about the project and see pictures taken by other photographers at the 100 Strangers Flickr Group page
I was taking a long coffee break to rest my ankle when I spotted Jenny sitting with some male friends all enjoying come coffee of their own. I thought about asking her for the project, and thought about it, though it took me until I had finished my coffee before I decided to actually make the approach.
I loved her particular style as it took me back to the '80s, although I didn't mention that as, frankly, I didn't want to think of myself as old enough to remember it! I expressed that I loved her look and wanted to take a portrait of her for the project, Jenny was more than happy to and one of her male friends exclaimed that he was a photographer and would ask her too.
I asked Jenny across to these railings outside of the Gallery of Modern Art, rather than sit at the coffee shop, for the shoot. I figured the dark railings would make a great backdrop for her mass of great hair. It was a great decision, as you will find in subsequent shots, as the wind caught her hair from time to time and made for some interesting portraits.
Jenny is originally from Ireland, though has been living in Glasgow for 2 years, and works both at Wetherspoons and Lush in the city. Shot on my custom portrait dial settings on ISO100 with hotshoe mounted flashgun dialled down to -1 1/3 compensation for fill-in flash and catchlights.
Many thanks to Jenny for agreeing to be a part of my 100 Strangers project, let me know if you would like copies of the shots.
That last dress was very uncomfortable, but this new one is amazing! I got it on a whim, but boy, do I not regret it. First off, it's SO comfortable and warm (I'm on a 'long arms in a dress' phase). The colour was attractive to me, the shine wasn't as notable on the eBay post but it positively radiates light when I'm doing a shoot. Wow, I'd love to take this one out. A really good night out on the tiles type of dress. It loves the lights. This is a quick shot with the phone. Now, forgive me, I gotta finish this shoot! More soon. Oh, and if you're not up to date, still model's own hair! It's going a bit wild and curly which I kind of like.

She, queen of the kings
Runnin' so fast, beatin' the wind
Nothin' in this world could stop the spread of her wings
She, queen of the kings
Broken her cage, threw out the keys
She will be the warrior of North and Southern Seas
Got raven hair, it's dark as night
Icy eyes, out of sight, out of sight
Her heart in spite, is warm and bright
Her smile awakes the Northern Light
Lookin' out she calls
Lai, lai-da-dai-dai-da
Who will conquer all, all?
Her name is she, queen of the kings
Runnin' so fast, beatin' the wind
Nothin' in this world could stop the spread of her wings
She, queen of the kings
Broken hеr cage, threw out the keys
She will be the warrior of North and Southern Seas
This is a tribute to this year's best Eurovision song in my opinion, "Queen of Kings" by Alessandra from Norway. Why she have got only 5th place and not 1st? Her song is so epic, it deserves it's own film, not just a music video. The Great Conqueroress. That could be a beginning of an exciting story! :D
Slytherin colors are not a coincidence! ;) She's not a witch, of course, I just think it requires a certain traits to be a conqueror, so Slytherin vibes fit the character well. Well, she will be a fair ruler, after she'll take what's (not) hers. ;)
You can watch the live performance here (though album version sounds even better):

Messier 53 is a globular cluster in the constellation of Coma Berenices (Berenice’s Hair), it is one of the outmost globular clusters from the galactic center and it is 60,000 light years from Earth with a magnitude of 8.5 and an angular size of 12 arcminutes. It was discovered by Bode in 1775. I like the contrast between the globular cluster and the red and blue stars at about 10:00 in this image. North is right at about 4:00.

Thank you to my wife for putting up with me for the past 40 years. I've posted this picture if only to prove to my grandkids that I did have hair, it wasn't white and I was much thinner. My wife, however is the same size as she was when we got married; and she eats more chocolate than me (but I suspect she may colour her hair).....PS She looks even better now than she did then.
Thanks too to you all for the kind comments recently. My router is now working again and I'll catch up with you all next week.
When I was given the Raquelle of the Barbie and Friends series, it came with two fashion packs with the boots and gold gold accessories. I'm loving the boots.

The Siberian husky is a medium sized working sled dog breed originating in the Chukchi Peninsula in eastern Siberia where they are bred by the Chukchi people for sled pulling, and companionship. It is an active, energetic, resilient breed, whose ancestors lived in the extremely cold and harsh environment of the Siberian Arctic.
A Siberian husky has a double coat that is thicker than that of most other dog breeds. It has two layers, a dense, finely wavy undercoat and a longer topcoat of thicker, straight guard hairs. It protects the dogs effectively against harsh Arctic winters, and also reflects heat in the summer. It is able to withstand temperatures as low as −50 to −60 °C (−58 to −76 °F). The undercoat is often absent during shedding. Their thick coats require weekly grooming. Siberian husky tails are heavily furred and they will often curl up with their tails over their faces and noses in order to provide additional warmth, this is often referred to as the 'Siberian Swirl'.
Siberian huskies come in a variety of colours and patterns, usually with white paws and legs, facial markings, and tail tip. The most common coats are black and white, then less common copper-red and white, grey and white and pure white.
The breed standard indicates that males are ideally between 20 to 24 in. (51 to 61 cm) tall at the withers and weighing between 45 to 60 lbs. (20 and 27 kg). Females are smaller, growing to between 19 to 23 in. (48 to 58 cm) tall at the withers and weighing between 35 to 50 lbs. (16 to 23 kg).
The character of the Siberian husky is friendly and gentle, the dog is intelligent, but can be stubborn because of its independence, impulsivity and inattention. Their life span is between 12 to 14 years.
Favorite thing about this is the hair. It's flexi and stylish. :)
wearing my normal shape and MM skins, Not that I don't Love Nylon's work. Shes a total fashion goddess.
sorry about all I can with a title like that.
Love the woman I have become just not to keen on the world I live in.
I have a couple of friends who are struggling mainly due to the family around them, partners not being accepting or not understanding brothers or sisters who don't want to know about. And the worst one of all people who say they accept but don't want anyone else knowing.
All I can say is be as true to yours as possible. If you have to sneak around then do so because withholding who you are can lead to a slippery slop to depression.
Me I just bury my head back in the sand and carry on. Explains the bird nest hair it's all that sand
