Got a huge backlog of stuff to go thru, here's a quick one of Buddy Guy from last week.
After setting up camp it was time to relax a bit. I got the feeling no one was really into photos ... so this was it for the evening. We then went on to check out our surroundings and await our friends from another city.
This guy, who was also the fire-eater, had this amazingly disturbing way of stalking around with his video camera and taping the ladies from inches away, usually focusing on the "bathing suit areas" (if you know what I mean) for minutes at a time, all without saying a thing and actively avoiding eye contact. Like as if he thought no one could see him.
Dude.
The Guy drawing for the Indian's Head mascot shaped to fit the Birmingham front. No fancy paintwork - just a little black shading and brown hair.
The largest batch of Guy Arab IV in the Lancashire United fleet was 61-80, new in 1961 with the usual Northern Counties bodies. 65, with few passengers, awaits its relief crew outside Atherton Depot.

I want to organize the trip shots better before I start posting them up but I couldn’t contain myself, so here is something to whet the appetite. This is one of the very first shots of the trip – taken on the drive into camp at Arches. I had to whine and beg the crew to stop and let me out to take it, hope you fellas find it worth the stop.
This HDR bracketed panorama took a total of fifteen shots to compose – 5 shots per bracket and three different frames for the panorama. I plan on doing a behind and beyond the lens article to go into more depth about how I put these shots together.
The lighting for this one was perfect and getting the shot was worth being made fun of the rest of the trip for whining like a B.
This is just the start…
