Exploring the south bank of London’s Thames River brought us to this marvellous courtyard of Guys Hospital part of Kings College. I had to shoot with a high ISO, so the image has more noise then I like, but I especially like it as a black and white image. My wife still had her umbrella up and had stopped to look out into the courtyard of this wonderful place.

The Little Kanawa River Railroad's EMD SW locomotive switches Cardinal Concrete in Parkersburg, WV. This little 2 mile short line had more than it's hands full during much of my visit to the area.
Note: Small intruding wire removed from the scene
I had VIP privileges and was pulled onto the floor next to Buddy Guy and got some awesome shots + was directly behind him in his parade back onto the stage ... what a night!!!
Hopefully this year I'll manage a few trips to the Lakes, things have been a bit awkward last year or so.. hope I still have the energy to do the climbs ;-)

From the comments below, I was reminded that not everyone will recognize the tough guy on the left, US President and "Rough Rider" Teddy Roosevelt. He's famous for saying "Talk softly, and carry a big stick", and for being the namesake of the teddy bear.

Guy's Hole is another inlet on the River Tees used a harbour. It is next to the more well known Paddy's Hole.
Mushroom
Recent rain ahs seen a few Mushrooms pop up around the neighbourhood.
I have no idea which type of Mushroom this is.
I found this male, white-tailed deer walking through the wooded area of an urban park. Around the same time, there were a couple coyotes in the same area. One walked very close to this guy, but they seemed to ignore each other, acting casually. However, I'm sure they were very aware of what was going on. Couldn't manage a photo of the encounter due to it being deeper into the wooded area and the constant movement of the critters. Oh well, I still have memories.
