Montrealers have been spellbound by the mechanical displays in Ogilvy’s department store window every Christmastime since 1947. The Bavarian scenes, custom made by the German toy manufacturer Steiff, feature dozens of handcrafted animals working and playing. Similar to those of department stores in other parts of the world, like Macy’s in New York or the Galeries Lafayette in Paris, these window displays are among the last of their kind in North America.

bit like the Orb ! They played the whole of Dark side of the moon ! Light show and effects great. one of a few bands who can play a place this big and get away with it. This was the Division Bell tour and the band was Dave Gilmour, Rick Wright and Nick Mason, with the help of others.. They did great sho and I had apretty good seat .
