I like the way they just put all the art there for you to admire - of course they say don't touch, but there's nothing *physically* there to stop you if you really wanted to.

A once popular window frame system in Australia for commercial and public buildings in the 1970s before falling out of favour the following decade. Plasteel as the name suggests was a steel window framing system with an external PVC coating which was available in different colours to match the architects design. In more exposed locations the coating would crack due to UV light leaving the steel frame inside exposed to water ingress and corrosion, however these have survived intact in a more sheltered position.

In this case the window frames which date from 1979 were red to match the steel beams, columns, outside doors, along with the internal bench tops and light switches original design but have been painted over with a more contemporary (and softer) colour scheme. The external door far right has been replaced with a newer aluminum one
