It's hard to ignore this eye candy. even if they things themselves aren't particularly compelling, the assembly of color is.
On the visit to Udaipur's famous City Palace, I came across one room where they had used colored glass to produce magnificent subdued lighting.
I found the mirror just in right place to produce a collection of frames fitting just right in the shot.

They look better hangning on a wall than lying on a box I think.
Now they just need pictures in them.

Currently in use and for sale as a jewelry display at Magpie, a handmade crafts store in Davis Square, Somerville, MA.
I loved the faux finish, but the holes and amount of flaking demanded an overhaul.
These are the battery frames, roughly in configuration. The central piece sits inside the centre of the frame and the battery groups attach to that. The other pieces sit in the frame and provide the basic protection and structure. The bike would be facing right. The tabs are to attach the pieces to the frame of the bike - I added more tabs than I originally thought because it's much easier to cut a piece of metal off than to add a piece of metal on.
