Hiya lovelies, the first round of A+ Event has officially launched!!
To go along with the "Office/Work" theme for the first round, I made a pretty and stylish computer set, and matching wall mounted monitor.
Pictured here is the Geo Computer set, which comes with both a Pink and a Black version in the pack, (Both colors are on display at the event) and is modifiable, so you can resize it to fit your needs.
It is also custom materials enabled, so it looks extra pretty in advanced lighting, and the gold letters and symbols on the keyboard are debossed and extra shiny.
The matching wall monitor also comes with a Pink and a Black version in the pack, and is perfect for using as a TV, or in your store to display adverts.
Both screens are extra wide, are touch to choose between 10 different pre-designed 'screens' and are designed with a resolution of 1024 x 512px, so you can use your own custom SL images easily without any stretching.
A lil video I made to show how to safely apply your own images to SL frames & screens: youtu.be/XxIxaUf9hEM

A large collection of stacked yellow metal frames with what looked like foam beds on the base of each one. I puzzled over their function. If they were beds, they were too small for adult humans and too wide for children. About the right size for a large dog. I give up.
Europe, Portugal, Algarve, Sotaveno, Tavira, Rua de S Pedro, Industry building, Deconstruction, Worker, Blow torch (slightly cut from all sides)
A former modernist industry building where metal and aluminium frames for windows, facades and doors were constructed is being deconstructed. A worker is using a blowtorch to remove the metal support structure of the roof.
Two other captures of the demolition scene are here and here.
'Squeezing out sparks' is a pivotal album of Graham Parker and the Rumour. Together with the American and UK punk albums it turned out to be the way out of the stagnation and complacency of rock music of the 2nd half of the 70s (think symphonic and prog rock).
The soundtrack: Graham Parker-Mercury poisining, a track from the Squeezing out sparks album. A life version (35 years later) is here.
This is number 91 of the Gloriously dilapidated album and 93 of Tavira.
Back to work after a very busy weekend! Will catch up with everyone later! Awesome week ahead my friends! :)
