I bought this yesterday to plant outside soon. It's seen in a 100-frame focus stack, blended with Helicon.
It's based on a recipe from Spain called "Menestra", that comes initially from Italy, but with some personal additions.

Last peach off the tree. Didn't have many this year but this one was good. Focus stack with some light texture.
Happy Hump Day ... in this case multiple humps. More of a documentary shot to show an older volcanic field being reclaimed by the tundra. Left click or zoom into the image and you can see many old vents and cones and other lava forms similar to the fresh ones at the newly created volcano. The distant mountains look to have two old cones on the left side, but I am not a geologist, so could be mistaken. Somewhere in south Iceland, April 2020.

Yesterday morning everything in our community was covered by a beautiful layer of hoar frost. This is a focus stacked image of a cluster of small crab apples in the back yard. I usually try for an odd number of subjects; however, in this instance I managed to destroy the perfect group of three by brushing against them with the bill of my cap. I added the grey background after applying a layer mask to the subject. It provides better contrast for the ice crystals but does look a bit tacky.
I need to check the calendar setting of my camera, it's off by a day.
