from the kitchen window through which I took this shot with the 600mm lens
on the Panasonic FZ200. The females are sitting on eggs now, while the
males stay close by & watch for danger.

Most parks and zoos of Tokyo close at 4:00. When I arrived at the park, everybody began getting ready to go back. It is only this that I took in a large park.

My squirrel friend came to see me. Too bad I had my 50-200mm lens on so I couldn't get any good close ups of him on my shoes. I was lucky to even get this shot.
My upstairs neighbour's cat had kittens when they weren't home and the mother killed all but one. This is Fluff, the only surviving kitten a few days after he was born.
We are having a lovely snow here with big flakes and fairly warm temperatures. Mrs. Cardinal is patiently waiting for me to come out and fill the feeder.

I am building a MOC of a Build-A-Bear Workshop from the inside out. This is my rendition of the "Fluff Me" station.
Meerkats are fascinating to watch. I love the way they seem to be completely oblivious to people watching them and just carry on with their normal sentry duties. I spent several hours at Drusillas today and it was blissfully quiet there.
