Pocket Fluffs are fun little pocket sized monsters!
These guys are the perfect little travel companion for anyone that's ever wanted their own pet monster.
They are about 4.5 inches tall and 3 inches wide. They are made from faux fur and feature a handpainted face.

It takes hours to get all the lint off that thing.
The shelf, I mean.
You can never, ever get all the lint off of Alice.
She's basically made of lint.

I'd never seen a fluffy heron,.. until now. I thought he was beautiful with the sun shining through his fluff.
During. My first bobbin on this wheel.
Fortunately, because I took the Learn to Spin class at WI S&W last fall, I don't feel totally inept.
And because I've been bobbin spinning, I've been working on drafting.
But I feel like I need to read up a little, because it's kind of hurting my hands. Or maybe I just have weak hands!
I've already spun up about 2 oz of the 8 oz of fluff that I have.
I'd like to learn to Navajo ply right away, since I prefer the look of a 3-ply yarn over a 2-ply, and I only have enough bobbins to do a 2-ply. Plus the lazy kate on the wheel can only accommodate 2 bobbins.
Unfortunately the food had all been sampled by the time I got there, so it's not at its prettiest anymore...
