Hadn't been to the dogpark for about a year and dropped in after shooting some CIB at the skatepark next door.
Cute creature at Greendale farm shop. Probably a llama.
Taken with an old 1970s Soviet Jupiter-8 lens.
Fairly heavily edited in onOne's Perfect Effects. I started by adding the sepia effect and a bit of a curves adjustment in Aperture, but everything was left looking a bit flat, and Aperture's Detail slider wasn't doing enough to help. I pushed the image into Perfect Effects, and added a tone adjustment, to make the fluff look all fluffy. The only problem was that with the local contrast and detail pushed up nice and high, the fluff was fluffy, but the background bokeh was looking quite rough and busy. So, I used the mask brush to mask out the effect layer, using the perfect brush setting to get the edges around the fluffy llama wool.
Seems to have worked quite well - lots of detail in the fur, while the background remains nice and soft.
I captured this image up in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park near Danby during an early/ish morning visit. No sunrise light due to mist and fog!
Thanks for taking the time to view my images. Happy to receive feedback.

Three Least Sandpipers fluffed up and resting at the edge of the dam. I like the reflections in the thin sheet of water on the cement. White Rock park, Dallas, Texas, USA. 119 November 2024

This super-fluffy kitty was just sitting there along a sidewalk in the streets of Reykjavik on a chilly and overcast March afternoon. I don't know that I've ever seen such a ball of fluff. She almost didn't look real, but she certainly was and she seemed to appreciate the attention she was given.

...the only pink fluff I could find except for ghost poop, that the trunk dragon haven't taken yet:))
