"Flatbread" is a fancy name for rosemary crackers. It was a tasty way to use up a small harvest of rosemary from the garden. Recipe from Smitten Kitchen
These were tasty, largely due to having a LOT of olive oil and salt. They weren't all that crisp, but people ate them up anyway.
