These guys were really hampered by the heat! A little tough to convince folks to come out of their air conditioned homes into 90 degree heat and eat hot pizza!
Artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, pepperoncini, cherry tomatoes, red onion and mozzarella cheese baked to perfection on a crispy piece of flatbread.
I tried Mark Bittman's flatbread recipe from Food Matters. So easy, although next time I will try to cut the amount of oil in half.
