Topped with fresh sundries tomato pesto, basil leaves & fresh mozzarella. - I think it would be better if the flatbread were a bit crisper, but on the other hand It's made in house from scratch (via Foodspotting)
"Flatbread" is a fancy name for rosemary crackers. It was a tasty way to use up a small harvest of rosemary from the garden. Recipe from Smitten Kitchen
These were tasty, largely due to having a LOT of olive oil and salt. They weren't all that crisp, but people ate them up anyway.
This daily oven baked flatbread was delicious. My favourite breakfast was Alexandria Foul (a broad bean mix which looks awful but tastes great) with spices, flatbread and a couple of boiled eggs. Along with plenty of coffee.
