Two flatbreads: Ham with tomatoes and caramelized onions, and pulled pork with fontina cheese and cilantro. Both were delicious though people seemed to favor the ham version.

This oven is in the yard of the house. If someone lights the fire in the larger oven, quite often the other village women will come and use it too, rather than lighting their own.
