Handsome Devil with two flat tires in Long Lake, MN.
New bits include Salsa Woodchipper bars with white cloth tape & amber shellack, high rise stem, and DIY saddle bag.
These old Kenda tires are done, I had to abandon this ride due to repeated flats.
The Flat Iron Building viewed from the Empire State Building. Named due to the shape of it, not because it was made from flat iron (as I thought).
It was originally known as the Fuller BUilding when it was first built (1902), and stands where Broadway crosses 5th Avenue.
The Westward Ho runs a ferry service from Weston-super-Mare to Flat Holm. As seen here it lands on the beach and so the departure time is linked to high tide when the ferry is re-floated by the tide. The ferry claims to be Britains smallest car ferry with room for 1 car (but not to Flat Holm). The boat previously served as the Cromarty to Nigg ferry in Scotland. It is also possible to travel to the island from Cardiff.
