From a distance, I was sure this was a peony. Only until I checked the leaves, did I know that it was a tulip and probably the most extravagant one I've ever seen.

Nous avons été vraiment surpris d’observer ce type pigeon ( inconnu ) dans le bois sur un des sentiers de Nakkertok . Après avoir fait des recherches nous avons trouvé que c est un pigeon nommé Culbutant de Cologne blanc à calotte noir qui est une race de pigeon domestique. Il portait une bague avec un préfixe FS ( Fanciers society )

We were really surprised to observe this type of pigeon ( unknown at the time ) in the wood trails of Nakkertok. After a research we find out that it is a pigeon named Black German Helmet or Cologne Tumbler and is a breed of domestic pigeon. He wore a ring with a prefix.FS ( fanciers society )
