some pretty leaves in the wet grass..yes, more bokeh LOL

Impromptu shot taken while I was at the park having lunch. The winds picked up and leaves began falling in the distance. I happened to have my 70-200 loaded and was able to capture the pictured branch with a "bokeh" of leaves painting the background.

A beautiful morning hike at my favorite wetlands. As Fall begins its takeover, I love the subtle color changes in the foliage, as well as the reduction in humidity.

Funny how it looks like late Autumn with the vivid colorations mixed with still barren trees. Parts of the Housatonic are still crossable. These little islands and rock formations create raging channels of water much deeper.

What fun it was this morning!

Around 10:20 the fog was rolling in and out, it was so beautiful to watch!

I particularly like the group of boats on the right hand side, they are very interesting with their pastel colours...reminds me of a carnival!

September has felt more like a summer month so far. Looking forward to the leaf change!

This is not your typical December Toronto. Not yet yielding to winter, this little plant cries out to be noticed after the fall showers.

Bright days are always a challenge as the contrast is so high. It was unusual on such a day that the suns rays were so obvious, especially as there was so little cloud. The tide was just dropping hence the wet sand which is perfect for reflections.

Canadian Pacific train 252 approaches the Bridge Road at Crown Point, the fall colors still looking good as they hang on longer along Lake Champlain. CP 8737 CP 8045.

Nothing beats a walk in the forest on a bright November day, down the avenue of trees and leaf covered floor, the sunlight highlighting the golden autumnal tones and shadows across the forest track .
