Waterfowl Lake, Banff National Park, Alberta
A snow storm in the Canadian Rockies early in the season. We are looking across Waterfowl Lake along the Icefields Parkway. A mountain looms in the distance, obscured by the falling snow.

Milne Park, Markham
The origins of the City of Markham, Ontario can be traced back to the former location of a mill near this spot. A lot has changed in the 200 plus years…there’s no longer a mill and suburban sprawl prevails, but thankfully the beauty of this conservation area in the heart of Markham has been preserved.

I never get tired of this view and I have photographed it often at different times of the year. I think it's at best in autumn.
