A house was decimated by a natural gas explosion last week in Los Altos. Miraculously a father and two young children survived the blast with minor injuries.
C'est étonnant de voir le nombre de clichés que l'on prend pendant un feu d'artifice, ils sont tous très beaux, colorés, illuminés, voir même surexposés.
Et la seule photo que l'on garde c'est cette fusée qui est partie en retard pendant le spectacle...

House Gas Explosion
This once beautiful house suffered a gas explosion tonight at around 9:50pm. There was a young couple and their baby inside at the time. They escaped and were taken to the hospital.
As the amount of daylight goes down every day, trees are under stress ; they stopped producing chlorophyll, the geen pigment at the heart of photosynthesis. Without chlorphyll, we start to see other pigments present in the leaves : red, orange, yellow ... It's the last explosion of colours.
It's the time of the year i don't like : days are getting shorter, it's getting cold, no more colours, less sunshine and more rainy days ... I wish I could jump straight away into January and avoid all the Xmas things ...

A cette periode de l'année, les arbres sont stressés a cause du manque de lumiere ; ils stoppent la production de chlorophylle, la molecule donnant la couleur verte aux feuilles. En l'absence de chlorophylles, on commence a voir d'autres pigments de couleur jaune, orange voir meme rouge ...
C'est la derniere explosiion de couleurs avant de basculer dans un monde gris et monotone.
Je n'aime pas cette periode : les jours racourcissent, il va bientot faire nuit en milieu d'apres midi ; les jours ensoleilles von ceder leur place a des jours gris, pluvieux ... j'aimerais pouvoir sauter directement en Janvier (et eviter Noel).

Dos explosiones ocurrieron cerca de la lÃnea de meta del Maratón de Boston en la calle Boylston, se habla de la muerte de dos personas y al menos 22 heridos, de acuerdo a la policÃa de Boston.
Otros explosivo fue desactivado y otro hizo explosión en la Biblioteca de la ciudad, los heridos están siendo atendidos en el Hospital General de Massachusetts y el Tufts Medical Center.
Las explosiones ocurrieron aproximadamente a las 2:45 ET (1:45 CT), más de dos horas después de la llegada de los ganadores, 27,000 corredores estarÃan participando.

CANOGA PARK - One-story commercial building with an explosion in one unit. Two additional units are damaged and there was a partial roof collapse. No active fire upon LAFD arrival. Two patients have been transported to local trauma center.

Esta supernova fue descubierta hoy en la galaxia Messier 82 (M82), una galaxia que a escala cosmológica podrÃa considerarse una vecina.
