I dont what sort of engine this and what it is off and im guessing its off a lawnmower such as a Victa or Villiers?
Which is basically a Triumph TR3 engine, with some adjustments to fit the Italian designed (Michelotti) body. One of 70 still remaining.

Car show hosted by the LOW COUNTRY TRAVELERS CAR CLUB. The rain put a damper on things didnt stick around long enough to see the rest of the cars make it to the show.

Pre WWI era gas blowing engines in a closed steel mill. Their purpose was to inject huge bursts of compressed air into the Blast furnaces to intensify heat & combustion. Similar to blowing on the embers of a camp fire but on a much larger scale. They were powered by a combination of natural gas and fumes redirected from the blast furnace exhuast stacks. The technology became outdated in the early-mid 1900s.
I've been scouring thrift and antiques stores always hoping to find one of these Fisher Price fire engines, and today I got lucky! My mother in law always had one of these for the grandkids to play with. This one looks brand new! $1.99. :)
