SW1 #737 will celebrate its 75th birthday in December 2016. Having been rebuilt and repainted, it seems ready for many years to come. Will it make it to 100?

These are photos of the Philadelphia Fire Department's new Engine 37, a 1995 KME being delivered to quarters and being readied for service.
Every engine displayed here, was on and idling. It was a really cool sound. Here, IR 6 is attatched to IR 2, OSS 3757 is by itself, and HBRY 5008, 5009, and NKC 3 are ready to go to Eola, which won't happen for another 24+ hours...

Engine from the Gallion 101 grader, I think it is an International UD264 but if anyone knows better let me know.
Despite having a relatively small skein, I am quite happy with how this one turned out. The two-tone throwing arm looks really nice, the "gears" for the skein are easy to produce and function well (with one or two minor changes for the next one)... I do believe I might be ready to make a pencil-shooting ballista now :-D
