Edited this on PicMonkey.com. Used black and white effect then "hand-painted" in the original red parts. Black faded border also. Found these shoes also at a thrift store like the others in "Colorful Dots". I set them up and had some fun! These were also, unfortunately, a half size too big.

Snow storm winds must be in excess of 35 mph and visibilty must be 1,300 feet or less for 3 hours or better.
