Quite funny coincidence on this one.
As snow falls every ten years or so in this region, I wanted to take a picture of it, with a 2-second exposure as it was night. But there was also a storm at that moment, and a lightning stroke the sky just as I pressed the shutter! Here is the result.
Choux eclairs topped with a thin layer of crumble and filled with classical hazelnut "Paris- Brest" cream. Topped with sugar roasted hazelnut enrobed in gold powder.

The serve poured the warm chocolate sauce at the table and of course, left the sauce boat :) Pistachio ice cream inside.
