Yesterday, we treated ourselves to some fancy-smancy, expensive eclairs from Chez Claire. We got bitter dark chocolate, raspberry and pistache. The pistache flavoured one was by far the best.
They're 4,50€ a piece which is pretty pricey for an eclair. So these eclairs are best for special occasions IMO.

But still real! Mini eclairs at Sweet Pea Bakeryin Bozeman, Montana. Filled with almond pastry cream, twice dipped in chocolate and finished with gold dust, blackberries and pomegranate. These have gotten popular enough that they are in the dessert case every day now. Good for the Tapas crowd because they share well!
