Eclair recipe from Mary Berry. It's filled with basil pastry cream, blueberry pastry cream, with a blueberry glaze on top and dotted with basil-scent icing. It's uneven, so need to work on my precision.

The center is fresh blueberries with a candied basil leaf.

ma première prise d'éclair en plain jour, temps de prise 1/3s, au trépied.

pate a choux filled with pastry cream and glazed with chocolate fondant = delicious!

my favourite out of the three. the vanilla custard is delicious, and i love the hard, dark chocolate coating... i'm craving one now.
