Chocolate Eclair
In a dessert world dominated by cookies, cakes, and bars, the eclair bravely stands alone, rebelling against other baked goods' conformity. It's somewhat rarity makes it's flavorful cream and flaky crust a welcome reprieve from the typical dessert. The best of the non-standard SAS desserts.
we go grocery shopping in france every once in a while and eclairs are always something we bring back... :o) yummy!

Chocolate Eclair Torte made with only 5 ingredients and a lot of patience (you can't eat it right away).
This is what's left of a 13x9 dish after yesterday's festivities.
I'd say it was a success! :-)
