Chocolate Eclair

In a dessert world dominated by cookies, cakes, and bars, the eclair bravely stands alone, rebelling against other baked goods' conformity. It's somewhat rarity makes it's flavorful cream and flaky crust a welcome reprieve from the typical dessert. The best of the non-standard SAS desserts.

The missing eclair shell was sacrificed as a sample for the cooks.

Chocolate Eclair Torte made with only 5 ingredients and a lot of patience (you can't eat it right away).
