chantilly filled, from Patisserie de Gascogne. Straight from the box, if I had waited any longer it would have been too late to take the pic :) All of their pastries and other food are of great quality and taste.

My first attempt at making eclairs came out more successful than I thought possible. I did have a little problem with the chocolate glaze, it was too thin. I had to dunk and spoon the glaze 3 times, which accounts for the messy appearance. But it tasted pretty good!
