Pendant un orage, j'ai tenté ma chance de prendre une éclair en photo. J'ai passé 30 mins avec mon appareil dans les mains sans bouger et prêt à poser.

This tangy berry eclair was quite superb!

ma première prise d'éclair en plain jour, temps de prise 1/3s, au trépied.

pate a choux filled with pastry cream and glazed with chocolate fondant = delicious!

my favourite out of the three. the vanilla custard is delicious, and i love the hard, dark chocolate coating... i'm craving one now.
